Warehouse Cleaning Services in San Bernardino County

Industrial cleaning for West Valley distribution centers, Central Valley cold storage and rail-served buildings, and High Desert logistics space.

The short answer

EBS Maintenance provides warehouse cleaning services in San Bernardino County for distribution and fulfillment centers, cold storage, air cargo and intermodal facilities, and trucking operations, from Ontario, Fontana and Rialto to Colton, San Bernardino and Victorville. With more than 25 years in commercial cleaning and a 1 million-plus square foot single contract in its history, EBS plans scrubbing, dock work and high dusting around round-the-clock operations. Every visit is logged and inspected.

Freight hubs across the county

The West Valley carries much of the volume. Ontario International Airport is UPS's West Coast air and truck hub, Fontana is a regional trucking and warehouse center, Rancho Cucamonga's southern industrial district is filled with distribution centers and manufacturers, and Chino has its own industrial areas along SR-60 and SR-71.

In the Central Valley, north Rialto is lined with regional distribution centers, Colton's top employers include distribution and cold-storage operators beside the Colton Crossing rail junction, and San Bernardino has a BNSF intermodal yard and the San Bernardino International Airport, an Amazon Air hub. Redlands has a fulfillment center south of that airport. In the High Desert, the Southern California Logistics Center sits beside the Southern California Logistics Airport in Victorville, and Apple Valley has a Walmart distribution center.

Warehouse cleaning services in San Bernardino County by facility type

The county's freight buildings are not all the same kind of warehouse, and the scope changes with the operation.

Facility types and how the cleaning program adapts

Cold storage takes its own approach

Freezer and cooler floors cannot be wet-scrubbed like a dry warehouse, because water left behind freezes into a slip hazard. Programs use products and methods suited to low temperatures, clean in short rotations, and focus on the transition zones at dock doors and freezer entries, where warm air meets cold surfaces and condensation forms.

Crews working in cold rooms wear the protective gear the site requires and limit their time inside under the site's rules. Break rooms and restrooms, where cold-room staff warm up between shifts, are cleaned and restocked each visit.

High Desert distribution

Victorville, Apple Valley, Hesperia and Adelanto sit north of the Cajon Pass, and dry, open land around the buildings means dust comes in with every truck and every open door. High Desert programs put more weight on dock and entry-zone scrubbing, mat service at personnel doors and high dusting of racking tops.

Crews travel there from EBS's Corona office, and inspection visits are planned so a supervisor reviews each High Desert site on the same routine as valley locations.

Records, backup and a walkthrough

Service logs show which zones were cleaned on each visit, and supervisors record eHub inspections with any corrective action noted. Backup staffing covers absences on every shift, and 24/7 priority support handles urgent requests. Call (949) 375-3305 for a walkthrough, written scope and quote; floor care, front-office janitorial and specialty projects can be part of the same program.

Questions we hear

Request a walkthroughAll questions
Can cold storage areas be included in a warehouse cleaning program?

Yes. Cold rooms and freezers are scoped separately from the dry warehouse, with products suited to low temperatures, short work rotations and extra attention at door thresholds. The site's protective gear and time-limit rules apply to EBS crews, and the walkthrough sets which cold areas are included.

Can you work around a sort operation that never stops?

Yes. The building is divided into zones that are cleaned in sequence between sorts or during scheduled maintenance windows, with conveyor surrounds and transfer points done during downtime. The sequence is agreed with your operations lead so no live area is blocked.

Do you service distribution centers around Victorville and Apple Valley?

Yes. The High Desert is part of EBS's San Bernardino County coverage, including the logistics buildings near Southern California Logistics Airport. Programs there account for heavier dust at docks and entries, and sites receive the same supervision, inspections and backup staffing as warehouses in Ontario or Fontana.

What records will we get for our safety and audit files?

Service logs that list the zones cleaned and the date of each visit, plus eHub inspection records showing what a supervisor checked, what needed attention and how it was corrected. These can go straight into your files for internal safety reviews or be produced when a customer audit asks for housekeeping documentation.
