Yes. Brewery floors are scoped as wet production areas, with products that handle sugary residue, attention to trench drains and floor sinks, and slip control while floors dry. Brewing vessels and food-contact equipment remain the brewery's responsibility, and the walkthrough sets that boundary in writing.
