Information you give us

When you request a walkthrough, we collect the details you enter: company, name, email address, phone number, the service you need, facility size and any message. When you request the facility cleaning checklist, we collect your email address. If you call or email us, we receive the information you share.

Our forms save what you have typed once you have entered an email address or phone number, even if you leave before pressing send. We use those partial details only to follow up on the request you started, and we delete them automatically within a few days.

Information collected automatically

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, the device and browser used, approximate location (city level), how you arrived, and actions such as starting or sending a form, opening a question or clicking a phone number or email link. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers or messages to Google Analytics.

Our website is hosted and protected by Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver the site and keep it secure. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated spam; when you start a form it checks technical signals from your browser and device, and it may ask you to tick a box.

How we use information

We use the information to respond to your request, schedule walkthroughs, prepare proposals and quotes, send you the confirmation or checklist you asked for, provide our services, improve the website and keep it secure. Form submissions are emailed to our team so a supervisor can follow up.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the website and respond to you, and only for those purposes: Cloudflare (hosting and security), Resend (sending the confirmation and notification emails) and Google (Tag Manager and Analytics). We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How long we keep it

Requests you send us are kept in our business email and records for as long as needed to respond, provide services and meet legal and accounting obligations. Partial form entries are deleted automatically within a few days. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

Your choices and California privacy rights

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).

If you are a California resident, you may ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, to correct it or to delete it, subject to legal exceptions. Security and children

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
