Specialty Cleaning Services in San Bernardino County
Project cleaning across the West Valley, Central Valley, East Valley and High Desert, planned around warehouses, campuses and public buildings.
The short answer
EBS Maintenance handles specialty cleaning services in San Bernardino County: post-construction cleanup, commercial deep cleaning, event preparation and cleanup, equipment-area cleaning and pressure washing for jobs outside a routine program. Our largest single contract covers more than one million square feet, the kind of scale the West Valley's distribution buildings demand, and crews travel from our Corona office to sites from Chino to Victorville.
Four parts of the county, four kinds of project
Our San Bernardino County coverage splits into four subregions, and each one produces its own mix of specialty work.
| Subregion | Common properties | Specialty work that comes up |
|---|---|---|
| West Valley: Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, Fontana, Chino, Upland | Distribution centers, airport-area buildings, Haven Avenue offices, regional retail | New-building final cleans, warehouse deep cleans, event cleanup near the convention center |
| Central Valley: San Bernardino, Colton, Loma Linda, Rialto | County government buildings, hospital and university campuses, intermodal and distribution sites | Weekend deep cleans in public buildings, medical suite turnovers, dock-area pressure washing |
| East Valley: Redlands, Yucaipa, Mentone | Tech campus offices, a historic downtown, fulfillment space | Equipment and server rooms, renovation cleanup in older buildings |
| High Desert: Victorville, Apple Valley, Hesperia, Adelanto | Logistics airport and distribution space, hospitals, highway retail | Dust-heavy deep cleans, exterior pressure washing, final cleans |
Post-construction cleaning in the West Valley's industrial districts
Ontario, Fontana, the southern industrial district of Rancho Cucamonga and the north side of Rialto keep adding distribution buildings, and the last step before a tenant moves in is a final clean. On a building that size the list is long: dust on office ledges and light fixtures, paint and adhesive on floors, labels on glass, and a slab to sweep and scrub before equipment arrives.
Crews work in phases so trades and cleaning do not collide, and the supervisor walks each zone with the contractor or tenant representative before it is signed off. Zones, crew sizes and a finish date are agreed before the first shift.
Commercial deep cleaning for medical, campus and county buildings
Loma Linda University Health, the VA medical center in Loma Linda, Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in Colton and the Kaiser Permanente campus in Fontana support a large medical office market around them. Deep cleans in those suites cover waiting areas, offices, staff rooms and restrooms, with EPA-approved disinfectants on touch points. Clinical rooms are handled only under the protocol agreed at the walkthrough.
The county government center in downtown San Bernardino, the University District around Cal State San Bernardino and the colleges in Rancho Cucamonga and Redlands book deep cleaning when the public is away: weekends, holidays and academic breaks. EBS's public-sector work means crews already follow sign-in, escort and key-control rules.

Event and equipment work
The Ontario Convention Center, Toyota Arena and Ontario Mills draw crowds to the airport area, and nearby hotels and event spaces need rooms prepared beforehand and reset afterward. Event cleanup is booked to the venue's calendar, and the scope states what must be ready before doors open.
Equipment cleaning is the quieter side of the work. In tech offices and server rooms, crews use HEPA-filtered vacuums and anti-static tools around hardware and cabling and touch only what the scope allows.
Wind, dust and heat from the valley floor to the High Desert
Dry wind across the High Desert carries dust into entries, docks and HVAC returns, so deep cleans in Victorville, Hesperia and Apple Valley spend more time on high dusting and entry floors. Summer heat on both sides of the Cajon Pass moves pressure washing and other outdoor work into the early morning, in line with Cal/OSHA's outdoor heat standard, Title 8 section 3395.
Scheduling specialty cleaning services in San Bernardino County
Project crews can start at night, on weekends or during the day when a space is empty, and they travel from Corona, home of the one office EBS operates. A supervisor leads every job, checks it against the written scope and records inspections in eHub so each correction is tracked until it is done.
Crew members are background-checked, trained and uniformed, and backup staff are available when someone cannot make a shift. Window cleaning, floor and carpet care and warehouse cleaning are available in the county too. Call (949) 375-3305 to request a walkthrough.

Questions we hear
Still not sure? A supervisor can answer at the walkthrough.
Request a walkthroughAll questionsDo you work in the High Desert as well as the valley?
Yes. Victorville, Apple Valley, Hesperia and Adelanto are part of our San Bernardino County coverage, along with the West, Central and East Valley cities. Crews travel from the Corona office, so High Desert projects are planned with travel time built into the schedule.
Can you deep clean a public building without disrupting services?
Yes, by working when the public is not there. Most public-building deep cleans run on weekends, holidays or overnight, and the crew follows the building's sign-in, escort and key rules. Rooms holding records or restricted equipment are listed in the scope so the crew knows where it may and may not go.
What do you need from us before a post-construction clean?
A finish schedule from your contractor and a contact on site. The crew needs to know when each area is clear of trades, where to stage equipment, which doors and elevators to use and who signs off, so the supervisor can plan phases that match the build.
Is pressure washing part of specialty cleaning?
Yes. Entries, walkways, dock aprons and trash enclosures can be pressure washed as a one-time job or on a schedule. In summer the work is done early in the day, and the walkthrough covers where wash water goes so the job fits your site's drainage rules.
