Janitorial Services in San Bernardino County

Recurring janitorial programs for offices, medical buildings and public facilities from Ontario and Rancho Cucamonga to San Bernardino, Redlands and Victorville.

The short answer

EBS Maintenance provides janitorial services in San Bernardino County for West Valley office parks and airport-area offices, government buildings in the county seat, medical space around Loma Linda, and the offices and employee areas of Inland Empire logistics sites. EBS has over 100 employees working from one office in Corona, and every program has a field supervisor who inspects and logs the work. Cleaning runs at night, during the day or on weekends.

The county's service area splits into four parts, and the building mix changes sharply from one to the next.

Office parks on Haven Avenue and around the airport

Rancho Cucamonga's Haven Avenue corridor and the offices near Ontario International Airport are mostly low and mid-rise buildings in landscaped parks. Many are single-tenant, which means the tenant sets the access rules, and floors are often open-plan with long rows of workstations.

Workstation-heavy floors change the scope. Trash and recycling volumes run high, shared keyboards, phones and desk edges need regular disinfection with EPA-approved products, and break rooms get used by more people per square foot. Crews spend more of the shift on touch points and kitchens than on private offices.

Medical and government buildings in the Central Valley

Loma Linda is a medical city, built around Loma Linda University and its academic medical center, with a VA medical center nearby, and Colton adds the Arrowhead Regional Medical Center campus. Medical office programs in this area fix the order of cleaning, keep waiting rooms and exam rooms on separate routines, and leave regulated waste to the clinic's licensed hauler.

Downtown San Bernardino is the county seat. Government offices there have public counters, security screening at the doors and lobbies that see heavy foot traffic. EBS has public-sector experience, and its crews are background-checked and briefed on restricted areas before the first shift.

The High Desert: distance and desert dust

Victorville, Apple Valley, Hesperia and Adelanto sit north of the Cajon Pass on I-15, so every visit includes the climb through the pass from Corona. Schedules are set with that drive in mind, and supervisors plan inspections to cover several High Desert buildings in one trip.

Dry desert conditions leave fine dust on walkways, window sills and entry floors, and shoes carry it deeper into the building. Programs here add extra mat service and dusting of ledges and sills, and periodic floor scrubbing keeps grit from wearing down hard-floor finish.

What the field supervisor does

Property managers deal with the same person from the walkthrough on, so questions do not bounce between departments.

  • Inspects each building on a set cycle and records results in eHub
  • Logs corrective actions and the date each one was closed
  • Arranges backup staff when a regular cleaner is out
  • Handles scope changes and special requests in writing
  • Takes urgent calls routed through 24/7 priority support

Do you cover the High Desert as well as the valley cities?

Yes. Victorville, Apple Valley, Hesperia and Adelanto are part of EBS's San Bernardino County coverage. Crews travel up I-15 from the Corona office, and schedules and inspection rounds are planned around that distance so High Desert buildings get the same supervision as those in the valley.

Can you clean government offices with public counters and security screening?

Yes. EBS has worked in public-sector and access-controlled facilities. Crews are background-checked, follow the building's screening and escort procedures, and clean public lobbies and counters on a schedule that avoids business hours or works around them with a light daytime pass.

How do you approach medical office buildings near Loma Linda?

With a written protocol for each suite. It sets which rooms are cleaned first, which EPA-registered disinfectants go on high-touch surfaces, and which areas crews may not enter. Regulated medical waste and sharps stay with the clinic's licensed hauler, and supervisors check clinical rooms during inspections.

We have offices in Ontario and Redlands. Can one agreement cover both?

Yes. Several buildings across the county can sit under one agreement, each with its own scope and schedule. Each site has a field supervisor responsible for inspections, and you get a single point of contact for changes, special requests and reporting across all locations.

Can your crews clean during the day instead of at night?

Yes. Daytime cleaning works well in offices that want lower lighting costs after hours or that keep staff on site late. Many buildings combine a daytime pass for restrooms and kitchens with a smaller evening crew for vacuuming and floor work.
