How do I get a quote or start service?
Request a walkthrough. We schedule a site visit, assess your needs and deliver a custom quote.
What happens at the walkthrough?
A supervisor visits the facility, reviews hours, traffic, surfaces, access requirements and specialty needs, then prepares a practical scope and a customized estimate. The walkthrough and estimate are free.
What types of facilities do you clean?
Commercial and industrial environments, including office buildings, schools, healthcare facilities, warehouses, retail spaces and cleanrooms.
Where do you work?
Orange County, Los Angeles County, the Inland Empire, San Diego County and the Coachella Valley. Our office is in Corona. The service areas page lists every city by county and region.
Scheduling and service
Can you clean during or after business hours?
Yes. Whether you need daytime porters or overnight janitorial service, we work around your hours.
How often should an office be professionally cleaned?
It depends on occupancy, foot traffic, restroom use, food areas, floor types and presentation standards. Busy workplaces usually need daily service; smaller offices may need a few visits a week. We recommend a frequency at the walkthrough.
Do you provide one-time and recurring cleaning?
Yes. Recurring janitorial service can be combined with one-time or periodic floor restoration, carpet extraction, window cleaning, disinfection, event cleanup and facility resets. Specialty visits are scheduled around normal operations.
Can you customize the schedule and checklist?
Yes. Tasks can be organized by area, frequency, service window and inspection standard, then adjusted as occupancy, events, tenant needs or priorities change.
Teams and quality
Are your cleaners trained and insured?
EBS is fully insured, and team members are trained and background-checked. We invest in consistent training and quality control.
How do you maintain cleaning quality?
Documented scopes, trained personnel, supervision, routine inspections, service tracking and direct communication with your facility contact.
Do you offer green cleaning?
Yes. Eco-friendly options using non-toxic, biodegradable products that are safe for people and the environment.
Do you clean medical and healthcare facilities?
Yes. Plans can cover waiting rooms, offices, staff areas, restrooms, floors and high-touch surfaces. Restricted or higher-risk spaces are reviewed during the walkthrough.
Service specifics
What's included in your janitorial services?
Our janitorial programs typically include dusting, floor care, restroom sanitation, trash removal, and breakroom cleaning.
What does a day porter do that janitorial does not?
Janitorial is the deep clean after hours. A day porter keeps things clean and stocked while the building is in use.
Can you clean around our shifts?
Yes. Overnight and weekend schedules are standard for warehouses and manufacturing.
Do you provide cleaning logs?
Yes. Detailed cleaning logs and service reports come with every cleanroom program for audit and inspection readiness.
How often should floors be refinished?
It depends on traffic. Most lobbies and corridors do well on a quarterly or semi-annual cycle; we set it at the walkthrough.
