Los Angeles County glass
Window Cleaning Services in Los Angeles County
Glass care for Downtown and Century City lobbies, Westside creative offices, busy retail streets and South Bay and Valley buildings, on a set cycle or as a single visit.
The short answer
EBS Maintenance offers window cleaning services in Los Angeles County for office towers, creative and tech offices, retail storefronts, medical buildings and industrial sites, cleaning interior glass, partitions and doors and the exterior glass that can be reached safely. EBS has serviced more than 10 million square feet over 25-plus years, and glass is part of that specialized capacity, handled by crews who travel from our Corona office.
Commercial window cleaning by Los Angeles subregion
What collects on glass depends on where the building sits. This is how the six subregions we serve compare.
| Subregion | Typical glass | What builds up |
|---|---|---|
| Downtown and Central Los Angeles | Tower lobbies, Wilshire Boulevard offices, Historic Core storefronts | Traffic soot, fingerprints on revolving and swing doors |
| Westside | Century City and Westwood towers, Playa Vista and Santa Monica creative offices, Rodeo Drive retail | Salt haze near the coast, handprints on retail entries |
| South Bay | Aerospace campus offices in El Segundo and Torrance, harbor-area buildings in San Pedro and Wilmington | Salt and industrial film near the port and refineries |
| Southeast Los Angeles | Industrial offices in Commerce and Santa Fe Springs, retail in Cerritos and Downey | Dust from truck and rail traffic |
| San Gabriel Valley | Pasadena offices, Old Pasadena storefronts, medical campuses, Arcadia retail | Inland dust and hard water spots |
| San Fernando Valley | Burbank and Glendale offices, Ventura Boulevard medical buildings, Warner Center | Summer dust and heat-baked residue |
Window cleaning services in Los Angeles County towers and office corridors
In a high-rise, most of the glass a tenant sees each day is inside: conference room walls, office fronts, reception partitions, elevator-lobby doors and the ground-floor curtain wall. Office window washing in towers on Bunker Hill, Avenue of the Stars, Wilshire Boulevard and in Warner Center is therefore mostly an after-hours interior job.
Exterior work covers glass that can be reached safely, such as storefronts, entries, canopies and low-rise elevations. The upper facade of a tower is a separate question settled at the walkthrough, building by building, so the proposal lists exactly which surfaces are included.

Storefront window cleaning on LA retail streets
Retail districts here are walked, not driven past, so glass is seen up close. Storefronts in the Golden Triangle of Beverly Hills, on the Third Street Promenade, in Old Pasadena, along Brand Boulevard and at centers such as Westfield Century City pick up handprints, dust and sidewalk splash quickly. Crews usually work before opening so a door is never blocked during trading hours.
Salt, soot and hard water
Glass near the ocean in Santa Monica, Venice, Marina del Rey and the South Bay beach cities gets a salt haze that dulls it within weeks. Around the harbor in San Pedro and Wilmington, and near the refinery areas of Carson, El Segundo and Torrance, the film is heavier and takes a stronger solution that is still safe for coatings and seals. Inland, the trouble is dust and mineral spots from sprinklers.
- Glass washed, squeegeed and detailed at the edges
- Frames, mullions and sills wiped so dirty water does not run back onto clean panes
- Door glass, push bars and handles cleaned without streaks
- Mineral spots treated with products safe for tinted and coated glass
Scheduling, supervision and the rest of the program
Glass can run on its own calendar or alongside janitorial, porter and floor programs. Supervisors include it in routine eHub inspections, and anything that falls short sits on the corrective-action list until it is cleaned again. Crew members are background-checked, trained and uniformed, backup staff fill in for absences, and 24/7 priority support covers urgent requests, such as a lobby that must be ready for a morning event.
Glass work often pairs with our specialty cleaning and floor and carpet care in the county. Teams are dispatched from our Corona office; to get started, request a walkthrough or call (949) 375-3305.

Questions we hear
Still not sure? A supervisor can answer at the walkthrough.
Request a walkthroughAll questionsDo you clean the outside of high-rise towers?
We clean the exterior glass that can be reached safely, which on a tower usually means storefronts, entries and lower elevations. Upper facades are reviewed at the walkthrough building by building, and the proposal states exactly which surfaces EBS will and will not clean, so nothing is left unclear.
How often should storefront glass be cleaned on a busy retail street?
Weekly is a common starting point, and busier corners need more. Entry doors and lower panes take most of the handprints and splash, so some stores add a quick mid-week pass on those alone. The walkthrough sets the interval from your foot traffic and street conditions.
Can you clean interior glass in secure or confidential offices?
Yes. EBS has worked in high-security and access-controlled facilities, and crews follow the building's badge, escort and key rules. Glass in restricted rooms is cleaned only when the scope allows it, and staff are trained to leave papers, screens and desk items untouched.
Do you work in the San Fernando and San Gabriel valleys?
Yes. Both valleys are part of our Los Angeles County coverage, from Burbank, Glendale and Woodland Hills to Pasadena, Arcadia and Pomona. Valley buildings tend to need exterior glass washed more often in the dry months. Teams travel from our Corona office, and the service areas page lists each community by subregion.
