Window Cleaning Services in Riverside County

Storefront, office, clinic and warehouse-office glass from Corona and Riverside to Moreno Valley and Temecula, scheduled around inland heat and dust.

The short answer

EBS Maintenance delivers window cleaning services in Riverside County for retail storefronts, office and civic buildings, medical offices and the glass entries of distribution centers, inside and on all accessible exterior glass. Riverside County is where EBS is based, with its one office in Corona, and glass work here runs on the same supervised, inspected program the company has refined over more than 25 years in commercial cleaning.

Window cleaning services in Riverside County, close to our Corona base

Western Riverside County starts at our door: The Crossings and The Shops at Dos Lagos in Corona, the North Main Street District, the Mira Loma Industrial complex, Eastvale's commerce center, and Downtown Riverside and the Galleria at Tyler. Central Riverside County takes in Moreno Valley's mall and medical campus, Perris and Hemet's Florida Avenue corridor. Southwest Riverside County covers the Murrieta hospital campuses, Promenade Temecula and Old Town, Menifee and the Outlets at Lake Elsinore.

Heat, dust and wind on inland glass

Inland glass faces conditions coastal buildings do not. On a summer afternoon a sun-facing pane gets hot enough that solution dries before it can be squeegeed off, which leaves streaks. Exterior work in the hottest months is scheduled for early morning, shaded elevations first, which also keeps crews within the heat-safety expectations of Cal/OSHA Title 8 section 3395.

Dust is the other factor. Construction along the I-15, I-215 and SR-60 corridors, truck traffic around the logistics parks and dry wind leave a fine coat on exterior glass, so cleaning intervals here usually run shorter than at a similar building near the coast.

Storefront window cleaning along I-15 and in town centers

Many of the county's retail centers sit beside the freeways: The Crossings and Dos Lagos on I-15 in Corona, Vernola Marketplace and Eastvale Gateway near Limonite Avenue, and Promenade Temecula and the Outlets at Lake Elsinore farther south. Storefront glass at these centers picks up parking-lot dust low on the pane and handprints at the door, and most tenants want it done before opening. Walkable districts such as Old Town Temecula and Downtown Riverside need the same early start, before foot traffic builds.

Office window washing for civic, medical and corporate buildings

Downtown Riverside's office and civic buildings, corporate offices in Corona, and the medical buildings around Riverside Community Hospital, Corona Regional Medical Center, Temecula Valley Hospital and the Murrieta campuses all have glass the public sees first. In clinics, entry doors and waiting-room glass are cleaned often, while interior partitions and exam-room windows are scheduled for times the rooms are empty. Public buildings set their own sign-in and escort rules, which EBS crews follow as part of the company's public-sector work.

Distribution center office fronts

The big warehouses of Mira Loma, Perris, Moreno Valley and Eastvale are mostly concrete, but each has an office front with a glass entry and a row of windows, and often a dock office with interior windows onto the floor. Those panes are what drivers, visitors and staff see, and warehouse dust coats them fast. Monthly interior cleaning with a quarterly exterior wash is a common starting point; the walkthrough sets the real schedule.

What a visit includes and how it is checked

Each visit follows the scope agreed at the walkthrough, and a supervisor reviews the glass during routine eHub inspections, logging any miss until it is corrected. Window cleaners are uniformed, trained and background-checked, and backup staff cover the route if someone is out.

  • Interior glass, door lites and partitions cleaned and detailed
  • Accessible exterior glass washed, with frames and sills wiped
  • Sprinkler spots and mineral residue treated with glass-safe products
  • Fingerprints and smudges removed from entry doors and push plates
  • Cracked panes, failed seals or damaged screens reported to your contact

Request a walkthroughAll questions
Do you clean the windows inside a warehouse?

Yes, where they are part of the scope. That usually means dock office windows, interior office partitions, break room glass and the main entry. The supervisor notes every glass surface at the walkthrough, including how each one is reached, and the proposal lists exactly what is included and how often.

How often should storefront windows be cleaned in the Inland Empire?

More often than at the coast, because of dust. Weekly is a sensible starting point for busy storefronts in the Inland Empire, and some retailers add a mid-week touch-up on entry doors. Quieter offices can stretch to every two weeks, and the walkthrough sets the interval from traffic and site conditions.

Can you clean glass at a medical office without disturbing patients?

Yes. Entry doors and waiting-room glass can be done before opening or after the last appointment, and interior glass in exam areas is cleaned only when rooms are empty. Crews keep to the areas listed in the scope and work quietly around staff who are still on site.

Can you take over window cleaning from our current vendor?

Yes. The walkthrough records every glass surface, its condition and how it is reached, and EBS proposes a schedule and a start date that avoids a gap in service. If the glass has been neglected, the first visit may be a heavier restoration clean before regular visits begin. Call (949) 375-3305 to arrange the walkthrough.
