Los Angeles County warehouse cleaning
Warehouse Cleaning Services in Los Angeles County
Industrial cleaning for Los Angeles County warehouses, from the harbor and the Alameda Corridor to Commerce, Santa Fe Springs and the Chatsworth industrial core.
The short answer
EBS Maintenance provides warehouse cleaning services in Los Angeles County for distribution centers, cross-dock and parcel buildings, food and manufacturing plants, and port-adjacent industrial space. Crews machine-scrub floors, clean docks and dock walls, sweep racking lanes, dust high structure and keep employee areas ready, with more than 10 million square feet serviced behind them. Work runs in rolling zones around your shifts, and every visit is logged and checked by a field supervisor.
Warehouse cleaning services in Los Angeles County's industrial belts
Industrial space in the county falls into four main belts, and each one dirties a building differently.
| Subregion | Industrial areas | What drives the cleaning load |
|---|---|---|
| South Bay and harbor | Port of Los Angeles in San Pedro and Wilmington, Carson, Gardena and Hawthorne distribution | Port drayage, container traffic, constant dock activity |
| Southeast | Commerce rail yards, Santa Fe Springs, Cerritos Industrial Park, Bell's Cheli area, South Gate | Rail and freeway freight, older concrete, food production and parcel work |
| San Gabriel Valley | South El Monte's Industrial West, Pomona's Mission 71 Business Park, Montebello's Greenwood Avenue | Wholesalers, importers and manufacturers in owner-occupied buildings |
| San Fernando Valley | Chatsworth-Northridge Industrial Core, Chatsworth Industrial Park | Manufacturing with aerospace roots, plus newer logistics users |
Port and rail freight: soot, grit and docks that never close
The Alameda Corridor carries freight from the harbor through Compton, Lynwood and South Gate, the Commerce yards handle BNSF and Union Pacific traffic, and the I-710 runs past Bell and South Gate. Buildings along these routes see diesel soot settle as a dark film on dock doors, bumpers and the walls around them, and trucks carry grit straight onto the floor.
Many of these docks operate around the clock, so there is no empty building to clean. Crews work one dock bank or one aisle block at a time, agreed with the shift lead, and come back to the rest on the next visit. Soot on walls and aprons is removed with scheduled pressure washing.

Older buildings and worn concrete
Commerce, South Gate and other Southeast cities have a long industrial history, and much of their building stock predates modern distribution design. Floors may be worn, patched or unsealed, and bare concrete sheds fine dust under forklift traffic. The walkthrough maps those sections, because they need more frequent sweeping and scrubbing than sealed floors.
Lower clear heights and older racking also mean more ledges and beams at reachable height. High dusting is planned on a set cycle, with lifts and drop zones scheduled when aisles are quiet.
Food plants and parcel operations
Food manufacturing is part of the base in Gardena and Santa Fe Springs, and parcel operations work out of the Cerritos Industrial Park. In food buildings, EBS crews handle storage floors, docks, restrooms, locker rooms, break rooms and offices with products agreed with your quality team; sanitation of food-contact equipment stays with the plant's own sanitation crew.
Parcel and sort buildings collect debris under conveyors and around sorting stations, where it is hard to reach during operations. Crews sweep and scrub those zones during scheduled downtime between sorts.
Capacity, records and getting a quote
EBS's largest contract covers more than 1 million square feet, so very large buildings and multi-site portfolios are familiar ground. Service logs record which zones were cleaned and when, eHub inspections document what supervisors found and fixed, and backup staffing keeps coverage steady on every shift.

Questions we hear
Still not sure? A supervisor can answer at the walkthrough.
Request a walkthroughAll questionsCan you clean a dock that runs 24 hours a day?
Yes. Crews work in rolling zones, closing one dock bank or aisle block at a time while the rest of the building keeps moving. The sequence is agreed with your shift lead, wet areas are coned off, and the full building is covered over a set number of visits.
Do you clean food production facilities?
Yes, within a defined scope. EBS covers floors, docks, restrooms, locker rooms, break rooms and offices using products approved by your quality team. Cleaning and sanitizing food-contact equipment stays with your plant's sanitation staff, and the walkthrough records exactly where that boundary sits.
Can you remove diesel soot from dock walls and doors?
Yes. Pressure washing is part of EBS's specialized capacity, and dock walls, doors, bumpers and aprons can be put on a regular cycle. Inside, crews wipe dock door tracks and controls, and floors near the doors are scrubbed more often to stop soot spreading into the aisles.
Do you cover warehouses in the San Fernando and San Gabriel valleys?
Yes. Coverage includes the Chatsworth-Northridge industrial area, South El Monte, Pomona, Montebello and Baldwin Park, as well as the South Bay and Southeast industrial cities. Every site gets a field supervisor and the same inspection and logging process, and crews travel to each one from the Corona office.
