Window Cleaning Services in San Bernardino County

Interior and exterior glass for offices, hospitals, county buildings, shopping centers and High Desert properties, planned around wind, dust and heat.

The short answer

EBS Maintenance supplies window cleaning services in San Bernardino County for office parks, medical and university campuses, public buildings, shopping centers and logistics properties, covering interior glass and every accessible exterior pane. EBS employs more than 100 people and has cleaned over 10 million square feet of commercial space, and glass crews reach the West Valley, Central Valley, East Valley and High Desert from our Corona office.

Where we wash glass in San Bernardino County

In the West Valley, glass is concentrated in Rancho Cucamonga's Haven Avenue office corridor and Victoria Gardens, Ontario's airport area, convention center and Ontario Mills, Montclair Place, and the hospital campuses in Upland and Fontana. The Central Valley adds downtown San Bernardino's county government center, the University District and the medical campuses of Loma Linda and Colton. In the East Valley, Redlands brings a historic downtown, Citrus Plaza and a large tech campus, and the High Desert covers Victorville, Apple Valley, Hesperia and Adelanto.

Office window washing on Haven Avenue and in Redlands

Office parks along Haven Avenue hold professional and corporate tenants whose lobbies and glass-walled conference rooms set the tone for visitors. The usual pattern is interior glass weekly or with nightly janitorial, entries several times a week and exterior washes each quarter. The same approach suits office campuses in Redlands and the buildings around Ontario's airport, where traffic grime settles on street-facing panes.

Public lobbies and medical campuses in the Central Valley

Public buildings have glass that visitors push through all day: vestibule doors, counters with glass screens, directories and display cases. In the county government center and other civic buildings downtown, those surfaces are cleaned before the doors open, and crews follow the sign-in and escort rules that come with public-sector work. EBS has experience in government and high-security facilities and treats restricted rooms exactly as the scope directs.

Around Loma Linda University Health, the VA medical center, Arrowhead Regional Medical Center and San Antonio Regional Hospital, medical office buildings need entry and waiting-room glass kept clear through the day. Those are the panes patients touch and look through most, so they get the most frequent visits.

Storefront window cleaning at West Valley shopping centers

Victoria Gardens, Ontario Mills, Montclair Place, Terra Vista Town Center and Citrus Plaza in Redlands draw shoppers from across the Inland Empire, and storefront glass at these centers carries parking-lot dust and handprints by midweek. Crews work before stores open, leave entry doors, display windows and sidelights clear, and treat irrigation spots as they appear.

Window cleaning services in San Bernardino County's High Desert

The High Desert is the hardest part of the county for keeping glass clean. Wind carries fine dust across Victorville, Apple Valley, Hesperia and Adelanto, and buildings near the Southern California Logistics Airport, the SR-18 and Bear Valley Road retail strips and the hospital campuses can need exterior washing far more often than a valley building. Winter mornings there can be cold, so exterior work is timed for when the glass is warm enough for the solution to work.

Planning a schedule

These intervals are starting points that the walkthrough adjusts for traffic, exposure and how the building should look to visitors.

A supervisor checks glass during routine inspections and logs results in eHub, and missed areas are tracked until they are fixed. Crew members are trained, background-checked and in uniform, with backup staff ready when a regular cleaner is out. Glass can be combined with specialty cleaning, floor and carpet care or day porter service in the county. Request a walkthrough by phone at (949) 375-3305.

Request a walkthroughAll questions
How often do High Desert buildings need exterior glass cleaned?

Usually more often than valley buildings. Wind-blown dust settles on glass quickly in Victorville, Apple Valley and Hesperia, so monthly exterior washing is a common starting point, with entries done far more often. After a heavy wind, a one-time extra visit can be added without changing the regular schedule.

Can you clean glass in a government building with restricted areas?

Yes. EBS has public-sector and high-security experience, and crews follow the building's access rules, including sign-in, escorts and key control. Restricted rooms are listed in the scope, and glass inside them is cleaned only when access has been arranged in advance with your facility contact.

Do you clean storefront glass every week?

Weekly service is available and is the usual choice for busy shopping-center storefronts. Some tenants add a short mid-week visit for entry doors alone, while quieter shops may only need glass done every two weeks. The interval is set at the walkthrough and can change with the season.

Is window cleaning sold separately from janitorial service?

It can be either. Glass can be a standalone recurring service, a one-time job, or part of a janitorial program in which interior glass is handled nightly and exterior washes are scheduled on their own cycle. Combining them puts everything under one supervisor and one inspection record.
