Office Cleaning Services in Miracle Mile, CA
Office cleaning for Miracle Mile tenants on Wilshire Boulevard, including hybrid offices with hot desks and organizations that host members and meetings.
The short answer
EBS Maintenance provides office cleaning services in Miracle Mile for tenants in the Wilshire Boulevard office buildings between Fairfax and Highland avenues, near Museum Row. Programs cover hot desks and workstations, meeting and event rooms, kitchens, restrooms and glass, with cleanup after functions and secure handling of member or client records. Crews work evenings, overnight, weekends or during the day, and a field supervisor inspects the work.
Office cleaning services in Miracle Mile, on the Museum Row stretch of Wilshire
The Miracle Mile is the stretch of Wilshire Boulevard between Fairfax and Highland avenues, laid out in the 1920s as a commercial strip for automobile traffic. It is best known for Museum Row: the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures, the Petersen Automotive Museum and the La Brea Tar Pits.
Its office buildings, including Museum Square, the former Prudential Building, house entertainment-industry organizations such as SAG-AFTRA, and the Writers Guild of America West has offices in or near the district. The Farmers Market and The Grove sit along its north side, and since May 2026 the D Line has stopped at Wilshire/La Brea and Wilshire/Fairfax.
Hot desks and shared workstations
Many hybrid offices share desks rather than assign them. A shared desk is only pleasant to use if the last person's coffee ring, crumbs and fingerprints are gone, so hot desks get a stricter routine than assigned ones. The scope works best paired with a clear-desk rule for staff, since crews can only clean what is cleared.
- Desk surfaces, edges and armrests disinfected every visit
- Shared monitors' stands, docking stations and keyboard trays wiped with suitable products
- Task lights, drawer pulls and locker handles disinfected
- Chairs checked and stains reported for spot treatment
- Floors under and around desks vacuumed, including cable areas
- Anything left on a hot desk bagged, labeled or left in place as your policy says

Offices that host members, meetings and events
Organization and association offices often double as meeting places, with boardrooms, training rooms and event spaces that see far more visitors than a typical suite. Those rooms need a reset after each use, not just once a night: tables cleared and wiped, chairs set back, floors vacuumed, restrooms checked and catering waste removed.
After a meeting or reception, catering leftovers and food-soiled paper go to organics under California's SB 1383, bottles and cans to recycling, and the rest to landfill. Event cleanup can be booked as needed, and a day porter can keep restrooms and the reception area in order on days when the office is hosting.
Visitors, museum traffic and the new stations
Museum visitors and events concentrate along Museum Row, and the new D Line stations add pedestrians to the same stretch of Wilshire. For office buildings with street-level lobbies, that can mean more grit tracked across the floor and more handprints on the entry glass. The scope can add an extra entry and lobby pass, and periodic hard-floor care keeps lobby finishes from dulling under the traffic.
After-hours access and confidential material
Offices that hold member, client or personnel records need cleaners who leave paper alone. EBS crews wipe only clear surfaces, never open drawers or cabinets, and leave locked shred bins for the shredding vendor. Building sign-in, badges, keys and alarm codes are recorded before the first visit, and access is limited to the assigned crew.
Team members are background-checked and uniformed, and EBS has experience in high-security and access-controlled environments. Call (949) 375-3305 to request a free walkthrough; a supervisor will travel from our Corona office to see the space and propose a scope.

Questions we hear
Still not sure? A supervisor can answer at the walkthrough.
Request a walkthroughAll questionsHow often should hot desks be cleaned?
Every time the office is cleaned, and between users if desks turn over during the day. Nightly disinfection covers most offices; a day porter can wipe desks between bookings where several people share a desk in one day.
Can you clean up after a meeting or reception in our office?
Yes. Post-event cleaning can be booked for the same evening or the next morning, covering tables, chairs, floors, kitchens, restrooms and catering waste, with food waste sorted into organics. Regular event days can be built into the schedule.
Do you clean offices on weekends in the Miracle Mile?
Yes. Weekend service suits offices that are closed on Saturday and Sunday and want deeper work, such as carpet extraction or hard-floor care, done while nobody is in. It can also follow weekend events your office hosts.
Will your crew open drawers or move papers?
No. Crews wipe only clear surfaces and never open drawers, cabinets or files. Papers left on desks stay where they are, and locked shred bins are emptied only by your shredding vendor.
Can we have daytime cleaning instead of evenings?
Yes. EBS runs daytime, evening, overnight and weekend programs, and some offices combine them, for example a nightly clean with a day porter on busy days. The supervisor recommends a mix after seeing how your office is used.
