Office Cleaning Services in Mid-Wilshire, CA
Office cleaning for Mid-Wilshire tenants, sized to the suite: from a small professional practice to a full floor on Wilshire Boulevard.
The short answer
EBS Maintenance provides office cleaning services in Mid-Wilshire for tenant suites in the mid-rise and historic buildings along Wilshire Boulevard and the Park Mile. The visit pattern is matched to your office's size and use, and each visit covers workstations, meeting rooms, kitchens, restrooms, glass and floors to a written scope. Crews follow your key and alarm procedures and leave private papers alone, and a field supervisor inspects the results.
Office cleaning services in Mid-Wilshire, suite by suite
Mid-Wilshire's offices line Wilshire Boulevard between Fairfax Avenue and Crenshaw Boulevard, in a mix of mid-rise and historic buildings, and along the Park Mile, an office strip whose design is regulated to suit the residential area beside it. Tenants can range from small professional practices taking part of a floor to companies that occupy whole floors.
Because the offices vary so much in size, there is no single right program. A two-room practice and a full-floor company need different visit patterns, and the scope starts from how your office is actually used.
Matching visits to the way your office works
The supervisor looks at headcount, how many days people are in, whether clients visit, and how heavily the kitchen and restrooms are used. The table shows common starting points, which are then adjusted at the walkthrough.
| Office | Typical pattern | Main focus |
|---|---|---|
| Small practice, few visitors | A few evenings a week | Restroom, kitchen, bins and floors |
| Professional office with client traffic | Every business evening | Reception, meeting rooms and restroom presentation |
| Full-floor company | Every business evening, with weekly detail | Workstations, kitchens and shared rooms |
| Hybrid office, busy midweek | Fuller visits after peak days, lighter on quiet days | Kitchens and restrooms after heavy use |

Desks, phones, meeting rooms and kitchens
At workstations, crews empty bins, wipe clear desk surfaces and vacuum around chairs, leaving papers, monitors and personal items untouched. Desk phone handsets, shared keyboards in common areas, copier panels, door handles and light switches are disinfected with EPA-approved products, because those are what many hands touch in a day.
Meeting rooms are reset with tables wiped, chairs pushed in and glass cleaned, and whiteboards erased only when marked for it. In the kitchen, counters, sinks, tables and appliance fronts are cleaned, and food waste goes into organics under California's SB 1383 rather than the trash. Restrooms inside the suite are cleaned, disinfected and restocked each visit.
Keys and alarms in older buildings
Access systems differ from building to building: newer ones tend to use badges, while older ones may rely on metal keys and an alarm panel inside each suite. The supervisor documents which applies, logs every key issued to the crew and keeps alarm codes limited to the people assigned, updating the access list whenever a code, key or crew member changes.
Team members are background-checked, uniformed and trained to treat what they see in a client's office as private. The same crew is assigned to your suite wherever possible, so you are not handing access to a new face every month.
Daytime help for busy offices
If your office has steady client traffic or a kitchen that is struggling by early afternoon, a day porter can be added for part of the day to restock restrooms, tidy the kitchen and reset meeting rooms. Green, non-toxic products are available on any program. Call (949) 375-3305 to request a free walkthrough; a supervisor from our Corona office will visit and recommend a pattern for your suite.

Questions we hear
Still not sure? A supervisor can answer at the walkthrough.
Request a walkthroughAll questionsCan a small office be cleaned a few times a week instead of every day?
Yes. Offices with light use often do well with a few evening visits a week. The supervisor recommends a pattern after seeing the space, and it can be increased later if the kitchen or restrooms need more attention.
Do you disinfect desk phones and shared equipment?
Yes. Phone handsets, copier panels, shared keyboards, door handles and switches are disinfected with EPA-approved products. Personal computers and monitors are not touched unless you ask, and then only with products suited to them.
Our building uses keys, not badges. How do you manage access?
Keys issued to the crew are logged, held only by assigned team members and returned when service ends or staff change. Alarm codes are limited to the same people, and the supervisor keeps the access list current.
Can you take over from our current office cleaner?
Yes. After a walkthrough and a written scope, the start date is set to follow your current cleaner's last visit. Keys and codes are arranged in advance, so there is no gap in service.
