Office Building Cleaning in Los Angeles County
Bunker Hill high-rises, converted creative lofts, studio-adjacent media offices and Valley office parks: Los Angeles office space comes in every form, and each needs its own plan.
The short answer
EBS Maintenance provides office building cleaning in Los Angeles County for high-rise towers in Downtown and Century City, creative and tech offices on the Westside, media offices in Burbank and Glendale, and office markets in Pasadena, Warner Center and along Wilshire and Ventura boulevards. Crews clean suites, lobbies, restrooms and kitchens after hours, day porters keep busy buildings in shape, and supervisors inspect each building against its written scope.
Office markets across the county
Los Angeles County has no single office core, and a plan that works in a Bunker Hill tower rarely fits a Playa Vista campus. EBS plans service around these markets, each with its own building stock and tenant mix:
- Downtown: Financial District and Bunker Hill high-rises, plus government buildings in the Civic Center and converted early 20th-century buildings in the Historic Core and Arts District.
- Century City and Westwood: towers along Avenue of the Stars and Century Park East, and Class A offices and the Wilshire Federal Building on Wilshire Boulevard near the I-405.
- Westside tech and media: Santa Monica, Playa Vista's campuses and converted hangar, and Culver City's Hayden Tract creative offices.
- Wilshire corridor: Koreatown's older office buildings and consulates, the Park Mile and Miracle Mile offices such as Museum Square.
- Media and entertainment: Burbank's Media District, Glendale's Brand Boulevard and Grand Central Business Centre, and Universal City Plaza.
- San Fernando Valley: Warner Center's insurance and health-plan offices, Ventura Boulevard in Sherman Oaks and Encino, and Calabasas's Agoura Road corridor.
- Pasadena and the San Gabriel Valley: South Lake Avenue, which Pasadena calls its corporate center, Old Pasadena, and corporate and agency headquarters offices in Rosemead and Diamond Bar.
- South Bay: corporate headquarters in El Segundo and automotive corporate offices in Torrance.
Office building cleaning in Los Angeles County high-rises
A Downtown or Century City tower is cleaned like a vertical neighborhood. Crews work top-down by floor, book the freight elevator with building engineering, stage carts and trash on designated floors, and use the loading dock on the building's schedule. Lobby stone, elevator cabs and entrance glass are finished last so they are clean when security unlocks the doors in the morning.
Large towers also bring roof-to-garage trash routing, multiple restroom cores per floor, conference centers and tenant amenity floors that each need their own scope. Restroom cores get EPA-approved disinfection every night, and periodic work such as stone care and carpet extraction is scheduled floor by floor on weekends.

Creative offices, studios and converted buildings
Westside and Arts District offices often look nothing like a standard suite. Open plans, polished or sealed concrete floors, exposed ceilings, phone booths, big shared kitchens and lounge furniture change the job. Concrete needs the right neutral cleaner and periodic burnishing instead of carpet care, exposed ducts and beams gather dust that needs high dusting, and kitchens behave more like small cafeterias.
Studio-adjacent offices in Burbank, Glendale, Hollywood and Culver City often keep irregular hours around productions. Cleaning there is scheduled around the tenant's calendar rather than a fixed hour, with daytime porter passes for kitchens and restrooms when late nights and screenings are common.
Distance, traffic and security
Crews travel from EBS's only office, in Corona, so programs are built on fixed start times that avoid peak freeway hours and stay consistent night after night. The same crew is assigned to a building wherever possible, and backup staff cover absences so a long commute never turns into a missed clean.
Government offices in the Civic Center, consulates along Wilshire and corporate floors with restricted access require screened, accountable staff. EBS has experience in government and access-controlled facilities, team members are vetted and background-checked, and supervisors log inspections and corrective actions in the eHub system.

Still not sure? A supervisor can answer at the walkthrough.
Request a walkthroughAll questionsDo you clean high-rise office towers in Downtown LA and Century City?
Yes. Tower programs are planned with building engineering around freight elevator times, loading dock rules and security procedures. Crews work top-down by floor, finish lobbies and elevator cabs last, and handle restroom cores, amenity floors and conference centers under the same scope. Periodic stone and carpet work is scheduled floor by floor.
How do you clean polished concrete in a creative office?
With a neutral cleaner suited to sealed or polished concrete, applied with an auto-scrubber or microfiber mop, plus periodic burnishing to keep the shine. Harsh or acidic cleaners can etch concrete, so they are kept off it. Entry mats and frequent dust-mopping keep grit from dulling the surface between visits.
Do you serve Warner Center and the San Fernando Valley?
Yes. The San Fernando Valley is part of EBS's Los Angeles County coverage, including Warner Center, Sherman Oaks, Encino, Burbank, Glendale and Calabasas. Valley office buildings are usually cleaned in the evening by an assigned crew, with day porters added where lobbies and amenities are busy.
Can you work around a production company's late hours?
Yes. Media tenants often work late or on irregular schedules, so cleaning follows their calendar instead of a fixed time. A daytime porter can handle kitchens and restrooms during long days, and the full clean happens when the space empties, with crews skipping occupied rooms and returning later.
