San Bernardino County disinfection

Disinfection Services in San Bernardino County

Disinfection for clinics near the county's hospital campuses, large West Valley office floors, arenas and public buildings, through to the High Desert.

The short answer

EBS Maintenance provides disinfection services in San Bernardino County for medical offices, large office floors, event venues, schools and public buildings from Ontario and Rancho Cucamonga to Loma Linda, Redlands and Victorville. EBS uses EPA-approved products for high-touch surfaces, and its supervisors document each visit and track any corrective action, giving you a record of what was disinfected and when.

Disinfection services in San Bernardino County medical buildings

Clinics and medical office buildings in this county tend to gather around a hospital campus: Loma Linda University's academic medical center and the VA hospital in Loma Linda, Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in Colton, San Antonio Regional Hospital in Upland, Kaiser Permanente in Fontana, Montclair Hospital Medical Center and, in the High Desert, Desert Valley Hospital and Providence St. Mary Medical Center.

Clinic disinfection covers waiting room seating and counters, exam room surfaces, door hardware, restrooms and staff areas, with each product left wet for its label contact time. Crews work with bloodborne-pathogen awareness in mind (Cal/OSHA Title 8 section 5193), do not handle sharps or regulated medical waste, and wipe only the outside of waste containers in non-hazardous areas.

Large office floors in the West Valley and beyond

Large office populations gather in a few places: office parks along Haven Avenue in Rancho Cucamonga, a city whose principal employers include Inland Empire Health Plan, the technology campus in Redlands, and the county government center in downtown San Bernardino. Open-plan floors with many workstations put a lot of hands on the same phones, keyboards, conference tables and breakroom appliances.

Office disinfection on these floors is usually part of the nightly clean, with touchpoints treated on every visit and shared workstations covered as the tenant directs. Periodic electrostatic application covers training rooms and large meeting spaces where wiping every chair is slow.

Arena, convention and shopping crowds

Toyota Arena and the Ontario Convention Center bring large crowds for single events, and Ontario Mills, Victoria Gardens and Montclair Place draw shoppers all week. Restrooms, handrails, elevator buttons, food court tables and guest service counters are the surfaces that matter here. Event venues are disinfected before doors open and after the crowd has left, while retail common areas are treated overnight.

What gets documented

Disinfection is only useful if you can show it happened. Each program produces the records below, kept with your facility contact.

RecordWhat it shows

Product list and safety data sheetsEvery disinfectant used, with its EPA registration and label contact time

High Desert sites and on-call visits

Victorville, Hesperia, Apple Valley and Adelanto are part of the service area, including clinics near the Desert Valley Hospital campus, Victor Valley College and offices at the Southern California Logistics Airport. EBS works from one office in Corona, so High Desert visits are planned with the drive over the Cajon Pass on I-15 in mind, and recurring schedules are set to make the most of each trip.

On-call disinfection after an illness report can be requested through EBS's 24/7 priority support line anywhere in the county. To set up a scheduled program, request a walkthrough or phone (949) 375-3305.

Request a walkthroughAll questions
Do your crews handle medical waste or sharps?

No. Regulated medical waste and sharps stay with your licensed waste hauler and clinical staff. EBS crews disinfect surfaces, clean restrooms and staff areas, and wipe the exterior of waste containers in non-hazardous areas, working with bloodborne-pathogen awareness and stopping to report anything outside the scope.

Do you offer disinfection services across the Inland Empire?

Yes. Both Inland Empire counties are covered: San Bernardino County from the West Valley to the High Desert, and Riverside County from Corona and Riverside to Moreno Valley, Murrieta and Temecula. Programs use the same products, methods and records in both.

Can you disinfect a large office floor overnight without moving our equipment?

Yes. Desks, phones and keyboards are wiped in place, following any rules your IT team sets for electronics, and nothing is unplugged or moved. Electrostatic application, if used, is kept away from open equipment, and rooms are ready for staff in the morning.

How is a disinfection program priced?

After a walkthrough. The number of touchpoints and rooms, square footage, frequency, whether electrostatic application is included, travel and access hours all shape the price. You receive a written scope with the cost, and on-call visits are quoted separately from a recurring program.
