Riverside County janitorial

Janitorial Services in Riverside County

Recurring cleaning for Riverside County offices, clinics, schools and distribution center front offices, run from the county where EBS is based.

The short answer

EBS Maintenance provides janitorial services in Riverside County for offices, medical buildings, schools and civic space, and for the front offices, restrooms and break rooms of the county's distribution centers. Riverside County is home base: EBS's only office is at 2280 Wardlow Circle in Corona, and the company brings more than 25 years of commercial cleaning to the Inland Empire. Programs run nightly, by day or on weekends, with supervisor inspections logged in eHub.

Corona is the starting point for every crew

Western Riverside County takes in Corona, Eastvale, Jurupa Valley, Mira Loma, Norco, Riverside, Rubidoux and Woodcrest. Here the work ranges from corporate offices in north Corona and the North Main Street District to downtown Riverside, the county seat, and the Hunter and Sycamore Canyon industrial parks.

Central Riverside County covers Moreno Valley, Perris, Hemet, Beaumont, Banning, Calimesa, San Jacinto and Nuevo, where the RUHS Medical Center campus and the Perris Valley Commerce Center are major sites. Southwest Riverside County runs from Lake Elsinore and Menifee to Murrieta, Temecula, Wildomar and French Valley. The Coachella Valley desert cities have their own EBS page.

Janitorial services in Riverside County by building type

Distribution centers in the Mira Loma Industrial complex, Goodman Commerce Center Eastvale and the Moreno Valley fulfillment buildings have offices, restrooms and break rooms used by every shift on the floor. Restroom traffic spikes at shift change, so the cleaning is timed between shifts rather than at a fixed hour.

Medical office buildings cluster near the hospital campuses in Murrieta, Temecula and Riverside. Those programs separate waiting rooms and exam rooms from staff areas and use EPA-registered disinfectants on touch points. Campuses such as UC Riverside, California Baptist University and Norco College, along with civic buildings downtown, add classrooms and public counters to the mix, an area where EBS's public-sector experience applies.

Daily, weekly and periodic work

Inland heat and dust change the routine

Long, hot inland summers keep air conditioning running hard, and supply vents and ledges collect dust faster than they would near the coast. Programs here move vent and high-ledge dusting to a shorter cycle during summer.

Truck traffic and ongoing construction along I-15, I-215 and SR-60 also put fine grit on parking lots, and it ends up on office carpet. Walk-off mats at each entry, more frequent vacuuming of the carpet just inside the door and periodic pressure washing of entry walks keep it from spreading. Green, non-toxic products are available for buildings that ask for them.

Inspections, backup staffing and escalation

Each account has a field supervisor who inspects on a routine and records findings in eHub, including any corrective action and when it was completed. Backup staff fill in when a regular cleaner is out, and 24/7 priority support routes urgent problems to a supervisor.

Getting a Riverside County program started

Request a walkthrough at (949) 375-3305. A supervisor tours the building, notes shift patterns, floor types and access rules, and sends back a scope, schedule and price. Floor and carpet care, day porters and disinfection services are available in the same county and can be combined with janitorial under one agreement.

Request a walkthroughAll questions
Your office is in Corona. Do you only clean in western Riverside County?

No. Crews leave from Corona to buildings across Western, Central and Southwest Riverside County, from Riverside and Moreno Valley to Hemet, Menifee, Murrieta and Temecula. The Coachella Valley is served as its own desert region, with a separate page describing that program.

Can you clean distribution center offices and break rooms between shifts?

Yes. The cleaning is timed to the gap between shifts, so restrooms and break rooms are ready when the next crew clocks in. Larger sites often add a second, shorter visit or a day porter to cover the busiest shift change.

Can you take on the medical office buildings near the Murrieta and Temecula hospitals?

Yes. Southwest Riverside County is part of EBS's coverage, including the medical offices near the hospital campuses in both cities. Medical scopes set the order of cleaning, the disinfectants used on high-touch surfaces and the rooms crews may not enter, and supervisors check those points during every inspection.

Can you use green cleaning products?

Yes. Green products that are non-toxic and biodegradable are available on request, and they can be used across the whole building or limited to certain areas such as child-care rooms or tenant suites that ask for them. EPA-approved disinfectants remain in use where disinfection is required.

What happens if our usual cleaner calls in sick?

A backup team member covers the shift, so the building is still cleaned that night. The field supervisor knows the scope and the access rules, briefs the replacement, and checks the work on the next inspection to make sure nothing was missed.
