Floor and Carpet Care in Riverside County
Planned floor and carpet cycles for offices, campuses, clinics, retail and distribution-center offices, run from EBS's office in Corona.
The short answer
EBS Maintenance provides floor and carpet care in Riverside County for offices, medical buildings, college campuses, retail centers and the office and break areas inside distribution centers, covering strip and wax, burnishing, carpet extraction and concrete care on planned cycles. EBS is based in Corona, at the county's western edge, and backs every floor program with field supervisors and eHub inspections that record each cycle.
Floor and carpet care in Riverside County's newer buildings
Riverside County keeps adding commercial buildings: logistics buildings in Eastvale's Goodman Commerce Center and the Perris Valley Commerce Center, medical offices around the Murrieta hospital campuses, and retail and offices in Lake Elsinore's Business District and along I-215 in Menifee. New buildings bring a floor task that older ones do not.
New vinyl tile arrives with a factory coating that does not hold a commercial finish well, and new concrete may need sealing before it sees traffic. EBS handles that first scrub, seal or finish as a one-time project and then moves the building onto a routine cycle, so the floor starts life with the right base.
Dust, heat and grit
Dry conditions and wind events carry fine dust across inland Riverside County, and that grit is carried into lobbies on every shoe. It scratches finish and dulls carpet faster than in coastal buildings, which is why inland programs lean on deeper entry matting, daily dust mopping at doors and burnishing on a shorter interval.
Heat matters during refinishing too. Floor finish applied in a hot, dry room dries before it levels, leaving streaks and a cloudy look. Summer refinishing is scheduled for the coolest hours, usually overnight, with the building's air conditioning running so each coat goes down evenly.

Offices and break rooms inside distribution centers
The Mira Loma Industrial complex in Jurupa Valley, the I-15 corridor in Eastvale and Corona, and the fulfillment and distribution buildings of Moreno Valley and Perris all have office suites, training rooms and break areas attached to the warehouse. Those spaces carry heavy shift-change traffic and dust from the floor next door, and VCT break rooms in particular wear through fast.
EBS puts these rooms on their own floor calendar, timed to shift gaps. The warehouse floor itself is usually handled by a separate warehouse cleaning program with ride-on scrubbers, and the two schedules are coordinated so crews are not working the same doorway at once.
What a program can include
Each building gets the mix of tasks its floors need, set at the walkthrough and adjusted as traffic changes.
- Full strip and wax of VCT, plus interim scrub and recoat
- High-speed burnishing between refinishing cycles
- Hot-water carpet extraction with spot and stain treatment
- Auto-scrubbing and resealing of sealed concrete
- Stone-safe cleaning for lobbies with marble or similar stone
- Entry mats, thresholds and baseboard edges brought to the same standard
- Pressure washing of entry walkways and patios
Campuses, clinics and retail
The University of California, Riverside, California Baptist University, Norco College and Mt. San Jacinto College's Menifee Valley campus all have hallways and classrooms that suit summer and break-period refinishing. Medical buildings near Riverside Community Hospital, the Riverside University Health System Medical Center in Moreno Valley, and the hospital campuses in Murrieta and Temecula need clinic floors done after patient hours. Retail at the Galleria at Tyler, The Crossings at Corona and Promenade Temecula is scrubbed and burnished overnight.
Supervisors walk each floor after a cycle and record the result in eHub. To set up a floor calendar for your building, request a walkthrough through the form or by phone at (949) 375-3305.

Questions we hear
Still not sure? A supervisor can answer at the walkthrough.
Request a walkthroughAll questionsDo you offer floor and carpet care in the Inland Empire beyond Riverside County?
Yes. San Bernardino County's West Valley, Central Valley, East Valley and High Desert are also covered, including Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, Fontana, San Bernardino and Redlands. Programs there use the same cycles, the same post-cycle inspections and the same floor-type methods as buildings on the Riverside County side.
Can you refinish a school or college building over the summer?
Yes. Summer and holiday breaks are the usual window for full strip and wax in classrooms and hallways. The work is planned room by room around custodial, maintenance and move-in schedules, and supervisors inspect each area before it is handed back to the campus.
How often should carpet be extracted in a Temecula or Murrieta office?
It depends on traffic and soil. Busy entries and corridors often need extraction every quarter, while private offices may only need it once or twice a year. Spot treatment and regular vacuuming in between keep stains from setting, and the walkthrough sets a cycle for each zone.
Do you clean floors in Corona itself?
Yes. Corona is EBS's home city, and its North Corona industrial area, the offices and retail near The Crossings at Corona and The Shops at Dos Lagos, and medical buildings around Corona Regional Medical Center are all within easy reach of the office on Wardlow Circle.
