Century City office cleaning

Office Cleaning Services in Century City, CA

Suite-level office cleaning for Century City tenants, from reception and conference rooms to hot desks and pantries, handled after hours with confidential areas respected.

The short answer

EBS Maintenance provides office cleaning services in Century City, CA for tenant suites in high-rise towers and for professional and financial offices. Crews clean workstations, conference rooms, reception areas, pantries and restrooms after hours, follow your suite's key, alarm and confidentiality rules, and keep recycling and organics separate. Hybrid offices can scale frequency to occupancy and add daytime porter coverage. Crews come to Century City from the EBS office in Corona.

Where Century City's offices are

Most office space here sits in the high-rise corridor along Avenue of the Stars and Century Park East, home to towers such as the Century Plaza Towers and Constellation Place. Tenants are largely corporate, professional and financial firms, with medical practices in the Century City Medical Plaza. Santa Monica Boulevard, the I-405 and the I-10 bring staff in, and Metro's D Line extension includes a station at Avenue of the Stars and Constellation Boulevard.

For an office tenant, that setting means a suite that clients visit, staff who keep long hours, and a building whose own security and vendor rules sit on top of yours.

Office cleaning services in Century City, CA, room by room

Every suite is scoped by the rooms it actually has. The details that matter most to tenants are these:

  • Reception and client areas: glass doors, reception desk, seating and floors cleaned every visit, fingerprints removed from glass walls
  • Workstations and hot desks: trash and recycling emptied, cleared desks wiped, shared desks and their touchpoints disinfected with EPA-approved products
  • Conference rooms: tables wiped, chairs reset, whiteboards cleaned on request, glass partitions spot-cleaned
  • Pantries and coffee stations: counters, sinks, appliance fronts and tables cleaned, dishwasher loaded where the scope includes it
  • In-suite restrooms: cleaned, disinfected and restocked
  • Private offices: trash removed, floors vacuumed, surfaces dusted only where cleared

Recycling, organics and SB 1383

California SB 1383 requires businesses to arrange organic waste collection and keep it out of the trash, which changes what a crew does in a pantry. Organics bins are emptied separately, recycling and trash stay apart, and each stream goes to the building's containers on its chute or dock schedule. Where bins are badly mixed, the crew notes it so your office manager can raise it with staff.

Keys, alarms and confidential areas

Professional and financial offices often keep client files, deal rooms and records that cleaning staff should not handle. The scope names those areas: some are cleaned only when an occupant is present, some get floors and trash only, and some are left alone. Crews do not move papers, open drawers or cabinets, or touch screens. Keys and access cards are tracked, alarms are set at the end of each visit, and anything unusual is reported to your contact.

That kind of discretion is familiar ground: EBS has worked in high-security and access-controlled facilities, and everyone on the crew is background-checked, vetted, trained and uniformed.

Hybrid occupancy and daytime porter add-ons

Plenty of offices no longer fill every desk every day. Cleaning frequency can follow occupancy: full service on in-office days, lighter visits when the floor is quiet, and detail work moved to the emptiest nights. Where a suite hosts clients during the day, a day porter can keep reception, conference rooms, pantries and restrooms in shape between meetings, then hand off to the evening crew.

Request a walkthroughAll questions
Can you clean our suite if the building already has a janitorial contractor?

Often, yes, depending on your lease. Some tenants contract their own cleaning for a higher standard or extra services, such as conference-room resets or pantry detail. EBS works within the building's vendor, security and elevator rules and coordinates with management before the first visit.

Will your crew move papers on our desks?

No. Crews clean around papers, files and personal items without moving or reading them, and only wipe desks that have been cleared. Restricted rooms are cleaned only under the rules you set at the walkthrough, and supervisors check that those rules are followed during inspections.

How often should a professional office be cleaned?

Most suites with daily client traffic are cleaned every weeknight, with detail tasks such as baseboards, partition glass and chair bases done weekly. Hybrid offices with lighter occupancy may need fewer full visits, and the walkthrough sets a frequency that matches how the suite is really used.

Can you reset conference rooms during the day?

Yes, with a day porter. A porter can wipe tables, clear cups and catering waste, straighten chairs and check nearby restrooms between meetings, which helps offices that host clients all day. Porter hours are set to cover your busiest periods.

Do you clean interior glass walls and doors?

Yes. Glass entry doors, conference-room walls and partitions are spot-cleaned on each visit and fully cleaned on a set cycle. Smudged glass is one of the first things a client notices in a suite, so the cycle is set by how many visitors you receive.
