Office Cleaning Services in Culver City, CA

Office cleaning for Culver City's creative, tech and media workspaces, from open-plan studios to multi-tenant floors downtown.

The short answer

EBS Maintenance provides office cleaning services in Culver City, CA for creative, tech and media offices in the Hayden Tract, downtown and around the studio lots, as well as conventional suites in multi-tenant buildings. Crews clean shared desks, meeting rooms, kitchens, lounges and restrooms, keep recycling and organics apart as SB 1383 expects, and follow each tenant's after-hours access and confidentiality requirements.

Culver City's office districts

Office space in Culver City clusters in a few places. Downtown, offices share streets with restaurants and The Culver Studios. The Hayden Tract holds creative offices in converted industrial buildings known for their architecture. Around Sony Pictures Studios, office space serves the entertainment business, and the city's list of major employers now includes tech and media names such as Apple, TikTok and Amazon's studio operations.

What these offices share is a preference for open, flexible space over rows of private rooms, and that changes where the cleaning hours go.

Open plans, hot desks and shared kitchens

Culver City's creative offices lean heavily on shared space: long benches instead of assigned desks, phone booths, lounges, game areas and large kitchens. Shared space is where mess and germs collect, so the scope puts the most time there.

  • Hot desks and benches: cleared surfaces wiped and disinfected each night so the next user starts fresh
  • Phone booths and focus rooms: seats, tables, door handles and glass wiped
  • Lounges and soft seating: vacuumed and spot cleaned, cushions straightened
  • Kitchens: counters, sinks, appliance fronts, coffee machine exteriors and tables cleaned
  • Restrooms: cleaned, disinfected and restocked
  • Meeting rooms: furniture reset, screens and glass walls wiped, whiteboards cleaned only when marked for erasing

Office cleaning services in Culver City, CA with sorting under SB 1383

Kitchens in open offices generate a lot of food waste, and California's SB 1383 requires businesses to divert organic waste from landfill. The crew's part is practical: kitchen organics go to the organics container, clean recyclables to recycling and the rest to trash, with liners and bins kept separate from desk to dumpster.

Some offices run their own sustainability programs on top, such as composting coffee grounds or labeling bins in their own way. The scope records those arrangements so crews do not undo them, and green, non-toxic products are available for tenants who want them.

After-hours access in studio-adjacent and tech offices

Tech and media offices protect what is on their screens and in their rooms: unreleased shows, product prototypes, edit bays and equipment closets. At the walkthrough, each restricted room is listed with its rule (locked and skipped, cleaned with an escort, or cleaned to a short list) alongside the building's access method, whether keys, fobs or a badge.

EBS's background includes high-security, access-controlled sites and government work. Every team member is background-checked, alarm procedures are written into the scope, and the supervisor confirms during inspections that crews follow the rules.

Hybrid weeks and porter add-ons

Offices with set in-office days can schedule the full clean after those days and a lighter pass after quieter ones. When a team hosts screenings, launches or all-hands meetings, a day porter can be added for those dates to look after the kitchen, restrooms and meeting spaces while the office is full. Request a walkthroughAll questions
Do you disinfect hot desks every night?

Yes, when they are clear. Shared desks and benches are wiped and disinfected with EPA-approved products on each visit. Desks with items left on them are cleaned around, unless your office policy says belongings must be cleared.

Can you clean edit bays or equipment rooms?

If you want them cleaned, yes, under your rules. Options include cleaning with one of your staff in the room, limiting the visit to floors and trash, or leaving the room out entirely. Around sensitive hardware, crews switch to HEPA-filter vacuums and anti-static tools.

Do you clean showers and locker rooms?

Yes, where the scope includes them. Showers and locker areas are cleaned and disinfected on a set schedule, with drains, grout and benches given attention so they stay usable for staff who cycle or run to work.

What happens on nights when our office is closed for a holiday?

The schedule follows your calendar. Holiday closures are agreed in advance, and the clean can be skipped, moved or used for periodic work such as carpet extraction while the office is empty.
