Century City janitorial

Janitorial Services in Century City, CA

Nightly janitorial programs for Century City's office towers and professional suites, run within each building's security, elevator and loading-dock rules.

The short answer

EBS Maintenance provides janitorial services in Century City, CA for high-rise office floors, professional and financial suites, and medical offices. Crews work nightly or on weekends from a written scope for each floor, inside the building's rules for security sign-in, freight elevators and waste removal. Supervisors check each floor through eHub inspections and log every correction, while backup staff fill in for absences. Teams travel to Century City from our Corona office.

Cleaning inside Century City's tower district

Century City was built from the early 1960s on a former 20th Century Fox backlot and is one of the Los Angeles area's major employment centers. Its office district runs along Avenue of the Stars and Century Park East, where towers such as the Century Plaza Towers and Constellation Place hold corporate and professional offices. Westfield Century City, the Century Plaza Hotel, the Century City Medical Plaza and the Fox Studio Lot on the southern side round out the district.

A compact cluster of high-rises shapes how janitorial work gets done. Crews arrive through a security desk or loading dock, share freight elevators with other vendors and remove trash on the building's schedule. A good program is built around those rules from the start, not adjusted after the first complaint.

Janitorial services in Century City, CA: the nightly scope by floor

Working within building rules

Building management and tenants each have rules, and the crew follows both. The walkthrough records them, including:

  • Security desk sign-in, with badges issued and returned each night
  • Freight elevator reservations and loading-dock hours for trash and supply movement
  • Trash, recycling and organics sorted to the building's SB 1383 setup
  • Floor-by-floor alarm and key procedures for tenants with their own access control
  • Quiet working around tenants who stay late, with occupied suites cleaned last
  • Restricted rooms such as server closets and records rooms entered only when cleared

Supervision and backup coverage across a tower

Large buildings fail in small ways: one missed suite, one restroom left unstocked. Field supervisors inspect on a routine schedule through eHub, log every finding and track the corrective action until it is closed, so property managers see patterns instead of fielding one-off complaints. One supervisor is the contact for the building and for its tenants' requests.

Backup staffing covers absences so no floor is skipped, and escalation support and 24/7 priority support handle urgent calls, such as a leak discovered before the morning's first meetings.

Transition and start-up

Taking over a tower or a group of floors starts with a walkthrough with the property manager and, where needed, the building engineer. EBS then writes a scope by floor and area, confirms security and elevator procedures, and schedules the start so there is no gap after your current vendor. Crew members are background-checked, vetted, trained and uniformed before they ever badge in, and EBS is a licensed and insured contractor. Call (949) 375-3305. EBS also serves neighboring Beverly Hills, Westwood and West Los Angeles.

Request a walkthroughAll questions
Do you clean individual suites or whole buildings?

Both. Property managers can contract EBS for a building's common areas and tenant floors, and individual tenants can contract for their own suites where the lease allows it. Either way, the crew works inside the building's security, freight elevator and waste-removal rules.

Can you clean while tenants are still working late?

Yes. Crews work around tenants who stay late, cleaning occupied suites last or leaving offices with closed doors as agreed, and keeping noisy work such as vacuuming away from occupied rooms until they empty. Preferences are recorded tenant by tenant.

How are medical suites inside an office tower handled?

As a separate scope within the program. Exam and treatment rooms are disinfected with EPA-registered products at label dwell times, cleaning moves from cleaner areas toward soiled ones, and sharps and regulated waste stay with clinical staff. Supervisors check medical suites during every routine inspection.

Do you handle recycling and organics?

Yes. California SB 1383 requires businesses to arrange organic waste collection, so pantry organics are emptied separately from trash and recycling. Crews follow the building's sorting system and move each stream to the correct container on the building's schedule.

What affects the price of janitorial service in a high-rise?

Rentable area, the number of floors and suites, restroom count, frequency, floor types, security procedures, freight elevator access and the periodic work included all play a part. EBS does not publish rates; a supervisor walks the building and prepares a written quote.
