Hotel and Resort Cleaning in Riverside County
Cleaning for Temecula and wine country properties, downtown Riverside hotels and lodging along I-15 and SR-91, served from our Corona office.
The short answer
EBS Maintenance provides hotel and resort cleaning in Riverside County for properties serving Temecula's Old Town and wine country, downtown Riverside's business and university visitors, and travelers along the I-15, I-215 and SR-91 corridors. Crews clean lobbies, guest rooms, corridors, restrooms, meeting and event space, pools and patios on day or overnight schedules. EBS's only office is in Corona, inside the county, so supervisors and backup staff are close to Riverside County properties.
Where Riverside County's lodging demand comes from
Temecula is a major tourism and business center for southwest Riverside County, with Old Town, a regional mall and wine country to the east, and Pechanga Resort Casino, just outside the city limits, is the Temecula Valley's largest employer. Riverside, the county seat, is home to UC Riverside, California Baptist University, March Air Reserve Base and several hospitals, all of which bring visitors. Corona's corporate headquarters and manufacturers generate business travel along I-15 and SR-91, Moreno Valley is home to the county's Level I trauma center and teaching hospital, and Lake Elsinore's lake and ballpark draw recreation and event crowds.
| Setting | Typical demand | Program emphasis |
|---|---|---|
| Old Town Temecula and wine country | Leisure weekends and group events | Weekend turnover, event space, patios |
| Downtown Riverside | Weekday business, university and government visitors | Meeting rooms, breakfast areas, early checkouts |
| Corona and the I-15 and SR-91 corridors | Corporate and logistics travelers | Entry floors, breakfast service, fitness rooms |
| Near hospitals in Moreno Valley and Murrieta | Patients' families and medical visitors | High-touch disinfection, quiet overnight work |
| Lake Elsinore | Recreation and ballpark crowds | Pool decks, entries, weekend restroom loads |
Hotel and resort cleaning in Riverside County for weekend-heavy properties
Leisure properties near wine country and Old Town tend to be busiest on weekends, when group trips and private events fill rooms and event space. A program built for that pattern adds weekend porters for the lobby, restrooms and event areas, staffs Saturday-night and Sunday turnovers heavily, and moves deep work such as carpet extraction, upholstery spotting and floor care to Monday through Thursday, when rooms and ballrooms are free.
Event space at these properties is cleaned before and after every booking: floors vacuumed or scrubbed, restrooms reset, glass and doors wiped, and food waste kept separate for organics collection under California SB 1383. Weekday business hotels in Riverside and Corona follow the reverse pattern, with deep work saved for weekends.

Heat, dust and outdoor amenities
Inland resorts spend a lot of their guest experience outdoors, around pools, patios, terraces and lawns. Those spaces collect dust, leaves and spills, and summer heat makes outdoor work harder. Pool decks and walkways are pressure washed at first light, patio furniture and railings are wiped on a schedule, and crews follow Cal/OSHA's outdoor heat rule, Title 8 section 3395, with water, shade and rest built into the shift.
Inside, dust carried in from parking lots and dry landscaping settles on lobby furniture, vents and window ledges. Entry mats are cleaned more often, high dusting runs on a monthly cycle, and lobby glass gets frequent attention because afternoon sun shows every streak.
In-county supervision from Corona
Because EBS's single office is in Corona, Riverside County hotels are among the closest properties to the team. Field supervisors inspect each hotel on a routine schedule and record findings and fixes in eHub, backup staff fill in for absences, and 24/7 priority support handles urgent calls such as a guest-room flood. Crews are trained, uniformed and cleared through background checks. The main hospitality page covers the full scope.

Questions we hear
Still not sure? A supervisor can answer at the walkthrough.
Request a walkthroughAll questionsCan you staff heavier weekends and lighter weekdays?
Yes. The schedule can follow your occupancy, with more people on Friday through Sunday for turnovers, porters and event recovery, and a smaller weekday crew handling daily work plus deep cleaning. The pattern is set from your booking history and adjusted as the season changes.
Do you provide resort cleaning services for pools and patios?
Yes. Pool decks, patios and walkways are pressure washed on a set cycle, outdoor furniture and railings are wiped down, and trash is cleared from cabanas and seating areas. Outdoor work is scheduled early in the day during summer to manage heat.
Is Temecula within your service area?
Yes. Temecula, Murrieta, Lake Elsinore, Menifee, Wildomar and the rest of Southwest Riverside County are in EBS's service area. Crews travel from the Corona office down I-15, and supervisors inspect Temecula properties on the same routine as hotels closer to Corona.
Do you clean hotel restaurants and bars?
Front-of-house areas can be included: floors, seating, restrooms, glass and host stands, cleaned after close. Specialist kitchen work such as exhaust hood cleaning is handled by those trades, and the scope makes that boundary clear so nothing is assumed.
