Hotel and Resort Cleaning in Los Angeles County

Cleaning for Los Angeles County hotels, from airport properties that never close to Westside luxury hotels and event-driven Downtown towers.

The short answer

EBS Maintenance provides hotel and resort cleaning in Los Angeles County for Downtown convention and event hotels, Westside luxury and boutique properties, hotels near LAX, and visitor hotels in Hollywood, Universal City, Santa Monica and Pasadena. Crews clean lobbies, corridors, restrooms, fitness and meeting rooms, and guest rooms on day or overnight schedules, with floor care and glass on a set calendar. Teams are dispatched from EBS's Corona office, and supervisors inspect each property on a routine cycle.

Los Angeles County's hotel markets

Hotels here cluster around business districts, attractions and transport hubs. Each market has its own guest mix and its own busy hours:

  • Downtown: South Park's Convention Center, Crypto.com Arena and L.A. Live, plus the Financial District and Bunker Hill office core
  • Westside: Beverly Hills' major hotels near Rodeo Drive, the Century City business district and Santa Monica's beachfront, Pier and Third Street Promenade
  • Hollywood and West Hollywood: the Walk of Fame and Dolby Theatre area, and the hotels and venues that line the Sunset Strip
  • Near LAX: properties around El Segundo and Inglewood, where SoFi Stadium, the Intuit Dome and the Kia Forum add event crowds
  • San Fernando Valley: Universal City Plaza hotels beside the Universal Studios Hollywood theme park and CityWalk, and properties near Hollywood Burbank Airport
  • San Gabriel Valley and harbor: Pasadena's hotels and Convention Center, and San Pedro's World Cruise Center

Airport hotels that never close

Hotels near LAX check guests in and out around the clock, with early flights emptying rooms before dawn and late arrivals filling them after midnight. There is no quiet window for the lobby, so the cleaning plan uses rolling coverage instead: a porter on every shift for the lobby, restrooms and entrances, machine floor work done in sections with clear signage, and guest corridors vacuumed in the mid-morning lull after checkouts. Airport shuttles and luggage carts also bring heavy wheel traffic across entry floors, which wears finish fast.

Westside luxury and boutique properties

Beverly Hills, Century City and Santa Monica properties are judged on detail and discretion. Lobbies often feature stone, polished metal and large glass, guest bathrooms use marble and specialty fixtures, and guests expect never to see a cleaning cart in a public space. Crews work with pH-neutral products on stone, keep equipment out of sight, follow strict privacy rules on guest floors and stay consistent so they learn each property's standards.

Santa Monica's beachfront hotels add sand on floors and salt film on glass and balcony rails, so exterior glass and pressure washing of terraces and entries run on a shorter cycle.

Hotel and resort cleaning in Los Angeles County around events

Event nights shape the schedule for many properties. Games and concerts at SoFi Stadium, the Intuit Dome, the Kia Forum and Crypto.com Arena, shows at the Dolby Theatre and conventions in South Park can fill nearby hotels and push lobby, bar and restroom traffic late into the night. EBS staffs those nights from the hotel's calendar, adding a late porter and a heavier overnight reset so the lobby is ready for morning checkouts.

Meeting and banquet space is handled the same way: room flips between sessions, break-time restroom service, and a recovery clean after the last event, with food waste sorted for organics under California SB 1383.

Supervision across a large county

EBS routes Los Angeles County crews by subregion from its Corona office so the same people return to the same hotel. Supervisors inspect on a routine schedule, log results in eHub and close out corrective actions with the property. Staff are trained, background-checked and uniformed, and backup staffing covers absences on busy nights. The main hospitality cleaning page lists the full scope.

Request a walkthroughAll questions
Can you clean a hotel lobby that is busy 24 hours a day?

Yes. Instead of one overnight clean, the lobby gets rolling coverage: a porter on each shift for floors, restrooms and entrances, machine work done in small sections with signage, and deeper work timed to the quietest hours the hotel identifies.

Do you provide hotel cleaning services for boutique properties?

Yes. Smaller hotels often need a compact team for public areas, a few hours of guest room support on busy days, and periodic floor and glass work. The scope is written for the property's size, and the same crew is assigned each visit.

How do you protect stone and specialty finishes in luxury hotels?

With products and methods chosen for each surface. Marble and limestone get pH-neutral cleaners and a scheduled polishing plan, metals get non-abrasive cleaners, and any finish that needs a specialist is flagged rather than treated. All of it is listed in the scope.

Can you add staff for stadium and arena event nights?

Yes. Event nights are planned from the hotel's calendar, with a late porter for the lobby and restrooms and a heavier overnight reset afterward. The regular team stays on its normal scope, so added coverage never comes at the expense of daily work.
