Riverside County green cleaning
Green Cleaning Services in Riverside County
Eco-friendly cleaning for Corona offices, Inland Empire distribution centers, Riverside's civic and campus buildings and Southwest County clinics.
The short answer
EBS Maintenance runs green cleaning services in Riverside County for offices, distribution centers, campuses and medical buildings, using non-toxic, biodegradable products, HEPA-filtered vacuums, recycled and refillable restroom supplies on request, and LEED-friendly practices. Riverside County is home base for EBS, whose single office sits in Corona, and green programs here are supervised and inspected the same way as every program the company has run in more than 25 years.
Green cleaning services in Riverside County from our Corona office
Western Riverside County includes Corona's corporate offices and north-side industrial area, the logistics buildings of Eastvale and Jurupa Valley, Norco College, and the city of Riverside with UC Riverside, California Baptist University, downtown civic offices and the Hunter and Sycamore Canyon industrial parks. Central Riverside County adds the Moreno Valley and Perris distribution centers and the RUHS Medical Center campus, and Southwest Riverside County brings Temecula's offices and manufacturers, the Murrieta hospital campuses and Mt. San Jacinto College in Menifee.
Green janitorial services for distribution centers and shift workforces
A large warehouse on the I-15 or I-215 corridor may run several shifts, and its restrooms and break rooms are in use from the first shift to the last. That makes supplies and waste the biggest part of a green program there: refillable soap dispensers, recycled paper and sustainable liners on request, and clear sorting of trash, recycling and organics, which California's SB 1383 requires businesses to separate.
Plant-based cleaners suit break-room tables and counters, and HEPA vacuums in the office areas keep warehouse dust from circulating.
Offices, campuses and civic buildings
Corporate offices in Corona, the downtown Riverside office core and the campuses around UC Riverside and California Baptist University are occupied all day by people at desks, so product choice shows up in how the air smells and feels. For buildings working toward LEED or WELL targets, EBS follows practices aligned with those standards and keeps a product list your sustainability lead can file. Civic buildings add access rules, which EBS's public-sector experience covers: sign-in, escorts and key control.

Clinics in Murrieta, Temecula and Moreno Valley
Medical offices around the Murrieta hospital campuses, Temecula Valley Hospital, the Kaiser Permanente facilities in Riverside and Moreno Valley and the RUHS Medical Center campus can use green products in waiting rooms, offices, corridors and staff areas. Exam and procedure rooms still get EPA-approved disinfectants and the protocol agreed at the walkthrough, so patients get less chemical odor where they wait and proper disinfection where care is given.
Heat, closed buildings and indoor air
Inland summers keep buildings sealed and air conditioning running for months, so whatever is sprayed indoors tends to stay there. Fewer VOCs and less fragrance make a noticeable difference in a closed office or clinic, and HEPA filtration on vacuums keeps the fine dust that wind and construction bring in from settling back on surfaces. It is one of the plainest reasons to choose green cleaning in this county.
Switching to green: how it works
Green products can be added to any EBS program on request, and the steps are short.
- Walkthrough: a supervisor reviews each area and notes where green products fit and where disinfection rules apply
- Written scope: products, supplies and waste streams listed area by area
- Crew briefing: team members learn the green product list before the change starts
- Inspections: supervisors confirm product use and log results in eHub, tracking any correction
- Backup coverage: substitute staff carry the same products, so the program holds during absences

Questions we hear
Still not sure? A supervisor can answer at the walkthrough.
Request a walkthroughAll questionsDo green products work in warehouse break rooms and restrooms?
Yes, for daily cleaning. Plant-based cleaners remove grease, soil and soap scum in break rooms and restrooms, and EPA-approved disinfectants are still used on touch points such as handles, faucets and microwave doors. High-use rooms on multi-shift sites may need more than one service a day, which the walkthrough plans for.
Is green cleaning available on overnight and weekend programs?
Yes. Green products and supplies work on any schedule, whether crews clean in the day, in the evening, overnight or on weekends. The product list stays the same across shifts, and supervisors check it during inspections no matter when the work is done.
Can green cleaning help with SB 1383 compliance?
It supports it on the cleaning side. SB 1383 requires businesses to separate organic waste, and crews keep trash, recycling and organics in separate streams, place containers where your program needs them and report contamination. The hauler subscription and recordkeeping remain the business's responsibility.
Why choose a cleaning company based in Riverside County?
Mainly for proximity and familiarity. EBS's only office is in Corona, so supervisors already work in the county and know its corridors, building types and summer conditions. Teams travel from Corona to every region we serve, and Riverside County sites are among the closest.
