Ontario commercial cleaning

Commercial Cleaning Services in Ontario, CA

One cleaning program for Ontario's mixed portfolios, from freight buildings near the airport to outlet retail, event-district properties, offices and medical suites.

The short answer

EBS Maintenance provides commercial cleaning services in Ontario, CA for logistics and warehouse buildings, offices, retail and hospitality properties, and medical suites. Each program pairs a recurring cleaning routine with periodic floor care, glass, disinfection, pressure washing and project work, all written into one scope per site. Crews travel to Ontario from the EBS office in Corona, and a field supervisor inspects the work on a set schedule.

Ontario's commercial landscape, property by property

Ontario's economy leans on services and warehousing. Ontario International Airport carries passengers and is UPS's West Coast air and truck hub, with FedEx Express also running a major distribution point there. Distribution centers spread out along I-10, I-15 and SR-60, and Ontario Mills, the outlet mall built on the old Ontario Motor Speedway parking lot, pulls shoppers from across the region.

The city also owns the Ontario Convention Center and Toyota Arena, home of the Ontario Reign, so event days change the traffic on nearby properties. In the south, Ontario Ranch (the former New Model Colony) has been rezoned from farmland for homes, business parks, industrial buildings and town centers. A single owner or manager here can easily hold a freight building, a retail pad and a medical suite at once.

Commercial cleaning services in Ontario, CA by property type

The routine differs by building, and so does the periodic work layered on top. This is how the two usually divide across Ontario property types; the split for your site is set at the walkthrough.

How recurring cleaning and periodic projects fit together

Recurring cleaning keeps a building usable from one day to the next: trash out, restrooms restocked, floors cleared of the day's soil, touchpoints wiped. Periodic work restores what daily cleaning cannot, such as worn floor finish, embedded carpet soil and filmed glass. When both are written into one calendar, the heavy jobs land on quiet nights or weekends instead of competing with the nightly crew.

Project work sits outside both. In a growing area like Ontario Ranch that often means post-construction cleanup in new business-park buildings, tenant turnover cleaning, or a deep clean before a sale. EBS keeps separate capacity for floor, carpet, glass, pressure washing and project jobs, so they do not pull staff off your recurring program.

  • Hard floors: scrubbing, burnishing, strip and refinish on a cycle
  • Carpet: hot-water extraction and spot treatment
  • Glass: entry doors, storefronts, interior partitions and exterior panes
  • Disinfection: high-touch points with EPA-approved products
  • Pressure washing: entries, walkways, dock aprons and trash enclosures

Dust, wind and heat in Ontario buildings

Seasonal Santa Ana winds carry dust across the Inland Empire, and Ontario adds its own sources: heavy truck traffic around the airport and distribution centers, and dairy land that still remains in parts of the city. That grit settles on ledges and vents and gets walked across lobby floors. Programs here usually plan extra entry care during windy weeks and schedule exterior glass and pressure washing after a wind event rather than just before one.

Long, dry summers matter too. Outdoor work such as walkway and dock pressure washing is booked for early hours when the site allows it.

Schedules, access and who checks the work

Ontario runs on every shift, so EBS can clean by day, in the evening, overnight or on weekends, and can split a site between a light daytime pass and a full night clean. Crews follow the building's badge, key and alarm procedures and clean only the areas the scope opens to them.

Supervisors inspect each site and record findings in eHub, EBS's inspection system, with corrective actions tracked until they are closed. When a regular cleaner is out, a backup steps in, and urgent problems go to a priority line that answers around the clock. Each person EBS sends has passed a background check, been trained for the scope and arrives in an EBS uniform.

Request a walkthroughAll questions
Can one contract cover several Ontario properties of different types?

Yes. Each building gets its own scope and schedule, but they can sit under one agreement with one EBS contact. That suits owners and managers whose Ontario holdings mix freight buildings, offices and retail.

Do you pressure wash dock aprons and storefront walkways?

Yes. Pressure washing is part of EBS's specialty capacity and can be scheduled monthly, quarterly or as a one-time project. Dock aprons, entries, sidewalks and trash enclosures are the usual targets, and the work is timed around traffic and opening hours.

Can cleaning be stepped up around busy retail or event periods?

Yes. Extra visits or a daytime porter can be added for holiday shopping weeks or for event days near the Convention Center and Toyota Arena, then scaled back when traffic returns to normal. The added hours are agreed in writing before they start.

Do you offer green cleaning products?

Yes. Non-toxic, biodegradable products are available on request for the recurring routine. Disinfection of high-touch surfaces uses EPA-approved products, and the walkthrough confirms which areas need which.

Is there a size limit for an Ontario site?

EBS has serviced more than 10 million square feet in total, and its largest single contract covers over 1 million square feet. Large Ontario sites get the same written scope, supervision and inspection records as small ones.
