Ontario office cleaning

Office Cleaning Services in Ontario, CA

Cleaning for the offices tenants actually use in Ontario, from suites near the airport to business parks in Ontario Ranch and the front offices of distribution buildings.

The short answer

EBS Maintenance provides office cleaning services in Ontario, CA for private suites, multi-tenant office buildings, business parks and the administrative offices inside distribution centers. Crews work through workstations, conference rooms, kitchens, restrooms, glass and sorted waste to a written checklist, after hours or during the day. Cleaners come from EBS's Corona office, follow your key and alarm rules, and answer to a field supervisor who inspects the work.

Where Ontario's office space is

Office space in Ontario is spread across the city rather than stacked in one downtown. There are office buildings close to Ontario International Airport and the Convention Center, business parks planned into Ontario Ranch in the south of the city, and a large number of administrative offices attached to the warehouses and distribution centers that dominate the local economy.

Each setting asks something different of a cleaning crew. A multi-tenant building near the airport has shared lobbies, elevators and restrooms plus suites on different schedules. A new business-park building in Ontario Ranch may have one tenant and open-plan floors. A distribution center's front office sits a door away from the warehouse floor.

Office cleaning services in Ontario, CA: the details tenants notice

Tenants judge a cleaning program by a handful of things they see every morning. The checklist for each suite is built around those.

  • Workstations and hot desks: cleared surfaces wiped, shared keyboards and phones disinfected where the scope allows
  • Conference rooms: tables wiped, chairs pushed in, whiteboards cleaned if asked, trash and recycling out
  • Kitchens and breakrooms: counters, sinks, microwaves, refrigerator handles and coffee areas cleaned
  • Restrooms: fixtures disinfected, dispensers filled, mirrors and floors cleaned
  • Glass: entry doors and interior partitions cleared of prints
  • Waste: landfill, recycling and organics kept in their own streams

Organics and recycling under SB 1383

California's SB 1383 requires businesses to separate organic waste, such as food scraps and food-soiled paper, from the trash and to subscribe to organics collection. In an office that sorting starts in the breakroom. EBS crews empty each bin into the matching building container, fit liners that match each stream, and report contaminated bins to your contact so the sorting your staff do during the day is not undone at night.

Front offices inside distribution buildings

Many Ontario offices are the administrative side of a warehouse. Drivers check in at a window, staff walk between desks and the dock, and warehouse dust and tire grit come through the connecting door all day. These offices need more frequent floor care than a standalone suite, attention to the restrooms drivers use, and mats at the warehouse door as well as the front entrance.

EBS can clean the office on its own schedule or as part of a larger program that also covers the warehouse floor, with each area written into the scope separately.

After hours: keys, alarms and confidential rooms

Night cleaning means trusting a crew with access. Keys and access cards are signed out to named EBS staff, alarm codes are issued per person where your system allows, and crews confirm doors are locked and lights are off before they leave. Rooms holding payroll, HR files, servers or customer records are entered only if the scope says so.

EBS has worked in high-security and access-controlled facilities, including government buildings, and applies the same discipline to private offices. Every crew member is vetted and background-checked, trained before the first shift and works in an EBS uniform.

Hybrid weeks and daytime help

Hybrid schedules have changed how often offices need a full clean. An Ontario office that is busy Tuesday to Thursday may need complete service on those nights and a lighter restroom and trash pass on the others. That balance is set at the walkthrough and revisited as occupancy changes.

Offices that host clients or hold all-hands days can add a day porter for those hours. To set up a free walkthrough, call (949) 375-3305; teams travel to Ontario from EBS's Corona office.

Request a walkthroughAll questions
Can you clean our Ontario office during business hours?

Yes. Daytime cleaning works for offices that restrict after-hours access or want staff to see the crew. Quiet tasks such as dusting, restroom care and trash run while people work, and noisier vacuuming is planned for lunch or early morning.

Will cleaners move papers on our desks?

No. Crews wipe desks only where the surface is clear and leave papers, files and screens exactly as they are. If you want desks fully cleared and wiped on a certain day, that can be added to the scope.

Can we cut back cleaning on days the office is empty?

Yes. Many hybrid offices keep full service on in-office days and a reduced pass on the rest. The pattern is written into the scope and can be changed when your schedule does.

Do you clean the office and warehouse at the same site?

Yes. EBS also provides warehouse cleaning, so one program can cover a front office, its restrooms and the warehouse floor, each with its own tasks and timing in the scope.

Who holds our keys and alarm codes?

Only the EBS staff assigned to your office and their supervisor. Keys and cards are logged by name, and EBS asks you to retire a code whenever a staff assignment changes.
