Warehouse Cleaning Services in Mira Loma, CA
Cleaning for the big distribution buildings of the Mira Loma Industrial complex, planned around 24-hour shifts, truck appointments and peak season.
The short answer
EBS Maintenance provides warehouse cleaning services in Mira Loma, CA for the large distribution centers in the Mira Loma Industrial complex near I-15 and SR-60. Crews machine-scrub floors, clear dock bays and leveler pits, sweep cross-dock and racking lanes, dust overhead structure and keep restrooms, breakrooms and driver areas clean across every shift. Programs scale with peak season and are documented visit by visit.
From Wineville to a distribution hub
Mira Loma was once called Wineville. Today it is officially a neighborhood of Jurupa Valley, and part of the old community became part of Eastvale when that city incorporated. What defines it now is the Mira Loma Industrial complex, which Jurupa Valley says is home to national retailers and parcel carriers.
Location explains the concentration: I-15 and SR-60 meet nearby, and heavy rail serves the area. The Goodman Commerce Center Eastvale, a light industrial park and retail center, sits just across the line along I-15. The result is a dense cluster of very large buildings with trucks moving at almost every hour.
Warehouse cleaning services in Mira Loma: the scope for big buildings
A distribution center of several hundred thousand square feet cannot be cleaned by walking the floor with a mop. The scope is built by zone, with machine work for open floor and hand work for docks, edges and support areas.
- Machine scrubbing of aisles, cross-dock lanes and staging areas, with machine size matched to aisle widths
- Dock bays cleared of wrap, strapping, pallet debris and spills
- Dock leveler pits cleaned out while the leveler is secured by site staff
- Racking lanes swept, spills cleaned and floor markings kept readable
- High dusting of beams, racking tops, light fixtures and ductwork
- Around conveyor and sortation areas, floors and walkways cleaned without touching the equipment
- Restrooms, breakrooms, locker rooms and driver areas cleaned and restocked for each shift
- Pressure washing of dock aprons, truck-court edges and trash compactor areas

Diesel soot, wind and dock pits
Heavy diesel truck traffic leaves a fine, oily soot that settles inside dock doors and spreads under tires. On sealed concrete it shows up as a gray film in the first stretch of floor behind each door, and dry sweeping alone will not lift it. Scrubbing with the right chemistry, more often near the docks than in reserve storage, keeps it from building up.
Dock leveler pits are easy to forget and fill quickly with wrap, cardboard and pallet splinters, which become a fire load and a pest attraction. Santa Ana winds blow dust in through every open door, and hot, dry summers make the dock side of the building the hottest place to work, so pit and dock cleaning is often scheduled for cooler hours.
24-hour operations and peak season
Many Mira Loma distribution centers never fully stop. Floor work moves zone by zone in agreement with your shift leads, wet areas are coned off and released as soon as they dry, and forklift lanes stay open. Cal/OSHA's indoor heat standard, Title 8 section 3396, applies where indoor temperatures reach 82 degrees Fahrenheit, and our crews follow your site heat plan.
Volume, headcount and trash all climb in peak season. Programs can add shifts, extra restroom and breakroom visits and more frequent dock cleaning for the peak weeks, then return to normal. Backup staffing and field supervision keep the coverage steady when you need it most.
Scale and service records
EBS has serviced more than 10 million square feet, including a single contract of over 1 million square feet, and employs more than 100 people. Buildings the size of those in Mira Loma are what that capacity is for.
Each visit is recorded in a service log by zone and task, and supervisors log eHub inspections with corrective actions, giving operations and safety teams records for audits and customer visits. Questions we hear
Still not sure? A supervisor can answer at the walkthrough.
Request a walkthroughAll questionsCan you clean a distribution center that runs 24 hours a day?
Yes. The work is split by zone and timed with your shift leads, so aisles close briefly, get scrubbed and reopen while the rest of the building keeps moving. Support areas such as restrooms and breakrooms are cleaned at shift changes, when they are least busy.
Do you clean dock leveler pits?
Yes, as a scheduled task. Your staff raise and secure the leveler under your site's lockout procedure, and the crew removes debris from the pit and cleans around the frame. Pits near the busiest doors usually need attention more often than the rest.
How do you handle peak season?
We plan it before it arrives. At the walkthrough or a pre-season review, your contact tells us the expected dates and volume, and extra shifts, restroom visits and dock cleaning are scheduled for those weeks. Coverage returns to the normal program once volume drops.
How often should a large distribution floor be scrubbed?
Dock fronts and cross-dock lanes may need scrubbing several times a week, while slow-moving storage zones can go much longer. Frequency is set by traffic in each zone and adjusted once inspections show how the floor is holding up.
Do you also cover buildings across the line in Eastvale?
Yes. Eastvale is part of our Western Riverside County coverage, including the light industrial buildings along I-15. Programs there run the same way as in Mira Loma, scheduled from our Corona office, with the same field supervision, eHub inspections and service logs. A site that spans both sides of the line can sit under one program and one supervisor.
