Eastvale warehouse cleaning
Warehouse Cleaning Services in Eastvale, CA
Floor, dock and high-level cleaning for Eastvale's fulfillment and distribution buildings, scheduled around shift changes, pick paths and peak season.
The short answer
EBS Maintenance provides warehouse cleaning services in Eastvale, CA, covering the fulfillment centers and distribution buildings along the I-15 corridor. Crews machine-scrub concrete, clear dock plates and staging lanes, clean racking aisles, take dust off beams and fixtures, and look after the restrooms and breakrooms every shift depends on. Work is timed around your operation, and each visit is recorded so your operations and safety leads can see what was done and when.
Eastvale's I-15 logistics corridor
Eastvale's commercial land runs along I-15, and much of it is given over to freight. Goodman Commerce Center Eastvale holds e-commerce logistics buildings, including an Amazon fulfillment center, and the city's listed top employers include Ingram Micro, Grainger, Komar Distribution Services and Home Depot. Immediately to the north, Jurupa Valley's Mira Loma industrial complex hosts Costco, Walmart, FedEx and UPS facilities, with SR-60 carrying trucks east and west.
All that truck traffic brings dust to the dock doors, and the seasonal Santa Ana winds push more of it inside whenever the doors are open. Fine grit settles on top-level racking, gets ground into concrete by forklift tires and drifts into shipping offices. A warehouse program in Eastvale is mostly about controlling that dust before it reaches product, people and equipment.
Warehouse cleaning services in Eastvale, zone by zone
The scope is written by zone because each part of the building gets dirty in its own way and at its own pace.
| Zone | What crews do | Usual timing |
|---|---|---|
| Dock doors and staging lanes | Clear shrink wrap, banding and pallet fragments; sweep and scrub dock plates and lanes | Each shift or daily |
| Racking aisles | Sweep and machine-scrub aisle floors, remove tire marks and residue | Rotating aisles on a weekly cycle |
| Pack-out and sortation areas | Collect cardboard scraps, tape and void fill; clean pack stations and the floor beneath | Daily or between shifts |
| High surfaces | Dust beams, top racking levels, ledges, ducts and light fixtures | Periodic, set by how fast dust builds |
| Restrooms, breakrooms and locker areas | Clean, disinfect and restock | Every shift in multi-shift buildings |
| Shipping and admin offices | Trash, desks, floors and entry mats | Daily |

Fulfillment floors: cardboard, tape and void fill
E-commerce fulfillment creates a different kind of mess from bulk storage. Pack stations shed cardboard trimmings, label backing, tape and air pillows all day, and that debris collects under conveyors and around sortation lines. Left alone it becomes a trip hazard and a fire load, and it clogs scrubber squeegees when the floor is finally cleaned.
EBS crews clear pack-out areas on a set rhythm and clean beneath fixed equipment only when your team has shut it down and released it under your own lockout procedures. Crews never operate, open or reach into machinery. Cardboard and recyclables are bagged or baled the way your site sorts them.
Working alongside forklifts and shift changes
Large floor areas are scrubbed overnight, on weekends or in the lull between shifts, and they are done in sections so pick paths stay open. Before entering an aisle with forklift activity, crews check in with the shift lead, and wet areas are coned off until dry. Peak periods, when many fulfillment operations run longer hours, can be planned in advance with extra visits or adjusted timing.
Heat is part of the plan. Hot, dry inland summers can push the inside of a big building well past comfortable, and Cal/OSHA's indoor heat rule, Title 8 section 3396, applies to indoor workplaces that reach the trigger temperatures. EBS schedules the heaviest work, such as large-area scrubbing, for the cooler part of the day where your hours allow, and builds in water and rest breaks for its crews.
Large buildings and a record of every visit
EBS has cleaned more than 10 million square feet in total, and its largest single contract covers over 1 million square feet, so a full-size fulfillment building is familiar ground. A field supervisor oversees each site, inspections and service logs are kept in eHub with any corrective action and its completion date, and backup staffing keeps the schedule intact when someone is out.

Questions we hear
Still not sure? A supervisor can answer at the walkthrough.
Request a walkthroughAll questionsDo you clean under conveyors and sortation equipment?
Yes, but only when the equipment has been stopped and released by your team under your lockout procedures. EBS crews do not operate or open machinery. They clean the floor and the reachable outside surfaces once the area is safe, and anything that needs a technician is reported to your contact.
How do you stop dust settling on our inventory?
Through regular high dusting of beams, top racking levels, ducts and fixtures, combined with frequent floor scrubbing so less dust is stirred back up. The high-dusting interval depends on how much air and traffic comes through the docks. Product can be covered or the work timed for when a zone is empty.
Can you add visits during our peak season?
Yes. If volume rises sharply for a few months, the scope can add shifts, extra restroom and breakroom rounds, or more frequent pack-out cleanup for that period, then return to the regular schedule. Giving EBS notice before peak starts makes it easier to staff the extra visits with people who already know the building.
What do you need from us before the first visit?
A site orientation and your safety rules. Crews need to know the forklift traffic plan, required PPE such as high-visibility vests and safety footwear, which zones are off limits, who releases an aisle for cleaning, and where to check in. The supervisor collects this during the walkthrough and briefs every crew member before they start.
