Riverside office cleaning
Office Cleaning Services in Riverside, CA
Office cleaning for Riverside tenants who care who has their keys, what happens to confidential paper, and whether the conference room is ready at 8 a.m.
The short answer
EBS Maintenance provides office cleaning services in Riverside, CA for professional suites downtown, multi-tenant office buildings and the offices inside industrial-park buildings. Crews clean workstations, conference rooms, breakrooms, restrooms and glass to a written scope, follow your key, alarm and confidential-room rules, and can work after hours or during the day. Teams come from our Corona office, next door to Riverside.
Riverside's office settings
Downtown Riverside is the core of the county seat, and its office suites sit among landmarks such as the historic Mission Inn and the Main Street Pedestrian Mall. Downtown buildings range from historic structures to newer construction, and each needs products suited to its floors and finishes.
A second group of offices sits in the industrial parks. Hunter Industrial Park, served by the Riverside-Hunter Park/UCR Metrolink station, and Sycamore Canyon Industrial Park both contain companies whose engineering, sales and administrative staff work in office space attached to production or warehouse floors. A third group belongs to the city's large institutional employers in education and healthcare.
Access, alarms and confidential rooms come first
Before we discuss dusting, we agree who gets into your office and how. Keys, fobs and alarm codes are issued only to named, background-checked team members, the supervisor keeps a record of who holds them, and access is withdrawn the day anyone leaves the account. Alarm arming and disarming steps are written into the scope.
Rooms holding HR files, legal matters, finance or client records can be cleaned with an escort, at a set time, or left off the scope. Locked shred bins are left for your shredding vendor and never opened. EBS has experience in high-security and access-controlled facilities, including government buildings, and brings the same discipline to private offices.

Office cleaning services in Riverside: the tenant-facing details
Staff notice small things: a sticky conference table, an overflowing kitchen bin, a smeared glass door. The scope lists what crews do in each space and, just as important, what they leave alone.
| Space | Crews clean | Crews leave alone |
|---|---|---|
| Workstations and hot desks | Bins, clear desk surfaces, chair mats, shared-desk disinfection | Papers, monitors, personal items |
| Conference rooms | Tables, chairs reset, whiteboards on request, floors | Presentation and video equipment |
| Breakrooms | Sinks, counters, microwave and refrigerator fronts, coffee areas | Food inside refrigerators unless a clean-out is scheduled |
| Restrooms | Fixtures, dispensers, mirrors, partitions, floors | Nothing; restrooms are cleaned in full |
| Reception and glass | Desk surfaces, seating, entry and partition glass | Visitor logs and screens |
Organics and recycling in the breakroom
Under California SB 1383, businesses must separate organic waste, including food scraps and soiled paper, so it can be recycled instead of buried. For an office, the practical result is three labeled bins in the kitchen and three matching containers outside.
Our crews collect each stream separately, never combine them in one cart, and flag contamination to your office manager, because a bag of coffee grounds tossed in the recycling can undo the whole system.
Hybrid weeks and daytime support
When teams come in on set days, cleaning can follow them. Full workstation and conference room service happens after the busy days, restrooms and kitchens stay on a daily cycle if anyone is in, and carpet extraction or glass work is booked for days the floor is empty.
Offices with a heavy meeting schedule or a public reception area can add a day porter to reset rooms, restock kitchens and keep the lobby presentable during working hours. Call (949) 375-3305 to schedule a walkthrough. We also clean offices in Corona, Norco and Moreno Valley.

Questions we hear
Still not sure? A supervisor can answer at the walkthrough.
Request a walkthroughAll questionsDo your crews handle confidential paper or shred bins?
No. Crews do not read, sort or remove documents, and locked shred consoles are left for your shredding company. Only ordinary trash and recycling are collected, and any paper left beside a bin is left in place and mentioned to your contact.
Can we have cleaning only on the days our office is occupied?
Yes, with one caution: restrooms and kitchens used even lightly still need regular attention. Workstations and meeting rooms can follow your in-office days, and the walkthrough sets a schedule that matches how the space is actually used.
Our suite has its own alarm inside a multi-tenant building. Is that a problem?
No. The scope records the building's access steps and your suite's alarm steps separately, and only the team members named for your account receive your codes. If your alarm company logs entries, you can match them against our schedule.
Do you clean offices in the industrial parks as well as downtown?
Yes. Offices in Hunter and Sycamore Canyon industrial parks are cleaned to the same office checklist, and the warehouse or production floor next door can be added under the same supervisor. Entry matting between the two keeps dust out of the office.
Will the crew clean conference room screens and equipment?
Only if you ask. Electronics are left alone by default, because the wrong product can damage coatings. If you want screens and table controls wiped, the scope names the product and method, and crews follow it.
