Office Cleaning Services in Corona, CA
Cleaning for the offices people work in every day: desks, meeting rooms, shared kitchens and restrooms, handled after hours under your key and alarm rules.
The short answer
EBS Maintenance provides office cleaning services in Corona, CA for single-tenant suites, multi-tenant office buildings, corporate headquarters and the front offices of industrial buildings. Crews clean workstations, conference rooms, breakrooms, restrooms and glass, work after hours or during the day, and follow your alarm, key and confidential-area rules. We are office tenants in Corona ourselves, in Suite 220 on Wardlow Circle.
Where Corona's offices are
Office space in Corona is spread across several settings rather than one downtown tower district. Corporate headquarters, Monster Beverage's among them, sit alongside smaller professional suites. The North Main Street District and its Metro at Main mixed-use development bring offices into the downtown core.
A large share of office square footage hides inside industrial buildings in the north of the city: sales, finance, dispatch and customer service teams working a few steps from the warehouse floor. Those offices need a professional finish even though the building around them is industrial, and dust from the dock side has to stay out.
Office cleaning services in Corona: what your staff notice
Tenants judge an office cleaner by a short list of things: the state of their desk in the morning, the conference room before a 9 a.m. meeting, the kitchen sink and the restroom. The scope is written around those details.
- Workstations: trash and recycling emptied, clear surfaces dusted, papers and screens left untouched
- Hot desks and shared stations: surfaces wiped with EPA-approved disinfectant so the next person starts clean
- Conference rooms: tables wiped, chairs pushed in, whiteboards cleaned where you ask, floors vacuumed
- Breakrooms and kitchens: sinks, counters, tables, microwave and refrigerator fronts, coffee stations
- Restrooms: fixtures disinfected, dispensers refilled, mirrors and floors cleaned
- Glass: entry doors, sidelights and interior partitions spot-cleaned, full glass on a set cycle
- Floors: carpet vacuumed, hard floors dust-mopped and damp-mopped by surface

Recycling and organics under SB 1383
California SB 1383 requires businesses to keep organic waste, such as food scraps and food-soiled paper, out of the landfill stream. In an office, that usually means separate bins in the breakroom for trash, recycling and organics.
Cleaning crews make or break the system. Ours keep the three streams separate from the bin to the building's outdoor containers, reline organics bins so they do not smell, and tell your office manager when people are sorting into the wrong bin, so it can be fixed at the source.
After hours: keys, alarms and confidential rooms
Most Corona offices are cleaned in the evening when the floor is empty, which means handing a cleaning company your keys and alarm codes. Keys and codes are issued to named team members, alarm procedures are written into the scope, and doors that are locked when the crew arrives stay locked unless you say otherwise.
HR, finance, legal and executive rooms can be cleaned only with an escort, at a set time, or not at all. EBS has experience in high-security and access-controlled environments, including government facilities, and every team member is background-checked before receiving building access.
Hybrid occupancy and daytime help
Many offices no longer fill every desk five days a week. Frequency can follow occupancy: full service on the days your teams are in, a lighter visit on the quieter days, and periodic carpet and glass work scheduled for days the floor is empty.
On busy in-office days, a day porter can keep kitchens, restrooms and meeting rooms in order between the morning rush and the end of the day. To set up a program, call (949) 375-3305 for a walkthrough. We also clean offices in nearby Norco, Eastvale and Riverside.

Questions we hear
Still not sure? A supervisor can answer at the walkthrough.
Request a walkthroughAll questionsWill the crew move papers or personal items on desks?
No. Desks with papers, files or personal items are left as they are, and crews dust only clear surfaces. If your office uses a clean-desk policy, the scope can include a full desk wipe-down once surfaces are cleared at the end of the day.
How are our keys and alarm codes protected?
Keys and codes go only to named, background-checked team members, and the supervisor keeps a record of who holds them. If a team member leaves the account, their access is withdrawn and you are told which codes to change.
Our staff are in the office three days a week. Do we need nightly cleaning?
Not always. Restrooms and kitchens may still need daily attention if anyone is on site, but workstations and meeting rooms can be cleaned on in-office days only. The walkthrough looks at your actual occupancy and sets the frequency to match.
Can you clean during business hours?
Yes. Some Corona offices prefer daytime cleaning so no one needs after-hours access at all. Crews work quietly around staff, start with restrooms, kitchens and common areas, and clean occupied workstations only at times your team agrees, such as lunch or the last hour of the day.
Can you clean the office inside our industrial building as well as the warehouse?
Yes. The office area follows an office checklist and the warehouse follows an industrial one, both under one supervisor. Entry matting and an extra floor pass at the door between the two keep warehouse dust from spreading into the office.
