Office Cleaning Services in Beverly Hills, CA

Office cleaning for Beverly Hills suites and multi-tenant buildings, where discretion with files, keys and private rooms matters as much as clean desks.

The short answer

EBS Maintenance provides office cleaning services in Beverly Hills, CA for suites and multi-tenant buildings in the Golden Triangle, along Wilshire Boulevard and around La Cienega. Crews clean private offices, conference rooms, reception areas, kitchens and restrooms after hours or by day, follow each tenant's rules for confidential rooms, keys and alarms, and keep trash, recycling and organics separate.

Offices in the Golden Triangle, on Wilshire and near La Cienega

Beverly Hills offices fall into a few groups. Inside the Golden Triangle, office floors share blocks with retail and restaurants. Along Wilshire Boulevard, larger office buildings sit beside department stores and hotels. In the southeast near La Cienega Boulevard, office towers mix with medical buildings, and since May 2026 that end of Wilshire has its own Metro D Line subway station.

Talent agencies, entertainment companies and financial firms are common tenants. Their offices tend toward private rooms, reception areas built to impress, and conference rooms that host clients.

What tenants see the next morning

Office cleaning here leans toward presentation. A conference room that hosted a late meeting has to look untouched by morning, and reception is often the first thing a client sees.

Confidential rooms, files and after-hours access

Agencies and financial offices hold contracts, client files and personal information. Crews follow written rules for each suite: which rooms stay locked, which are cleaned only with a staff member present, and that papers on desks are never moved or thrown away unless they are plainly in the trash.

The way in matters too. Whether a building uses fobs, keys or a lobby desk sign-in, the entry and alarm routine is written into the scope so a substitute cleaner follows the same steps. EBS brings experience from government and other secure, access-controlled facilities, and every team member is background-checked.

Office cleaning services in Beverly Hills, CA and SB 1383

Under California's SB 1383, businesses must separate organic waste from trash. Offices that cater client meetings produce more food waste than a typical floor, and leftover platters, napkins and coffee grounds all belong in organics. Crews empty kitchen organics into the building's organics container and keep recycling clean so a mixed bag does not end up in the wrong place.

The building's waste room is part of the picture. In a multi-tenant building, several tenants often share one set of carts, so the crew uses the container each stream is labeled for and reports overflowing or missing carts to building management rather than doubling up bags.

Hybrid occupancy and a daytime porter

Where offices run hybrid schedules, cleaning can follow occupancy: full service after in-office days, a lighter visit after quiet ones, with the scope written to say which is which.

Offices that receive clients all day often add a day porter to keep reception, restrooms and conference rooms reset between meetings. Our crews travel from Corona; ring (949) 375-3305 or request a walkthrough to plan porter hours alongside the office clean.

Request a walkthroughAll questions
Can you prepare our conference rooms before an early client meeting?

Yes. Rooms booked for early meetings can be put first on the overnight route or covered by a morning pass, and a day porter can reset them between meetings during the day.

How do you protect client and talent information?

By limiting what crews touch. Papers are never read or moved, monitors are left as found, and restricted rooms are cleaned only under the conditions the tenant sets. All team members are background-checked.

Do you clean the kitchen appliances?

Exterior surfaces, handles and fronts are cleaned on every visit. Inside microwaves and refrigerators can be added on a set day, such as a weekly fridge clear-out, once the office agrees which items get thrown away.

Can a building manager get one contract for all the tenants?

Yes. Building-wide contracts cover common areas and any tenant suites the lease includes, with suite-by-suite notes for access and special requests. Tenants who want extra service can arrange it separately.
