Office Cleaning Services in Los Angeles, CA

Office cleaning for Los Angeles tenants, from Century City towers and Westwood's Wilshire offices to tech and media floors in Playa Vista.

The short answer

EBS Maintenance provides office cleaning services in Los Angeles, CA for suites in high-rise towers, multi-tenant buildings and creative campuses across the city. The scope is written room by room around what your staff use: desks and hot desks, conference and video rooms, kitchens, restrooms, glass and recycling. Crews work evenings, overnight, weekends or during the day, follow your access and confidentiality rules, and are inspected by a field supervisor.

Office cleaning services in Los Angeles, district by district

Office space in Los Angeles is spread across several centers rather than one. Century City on the Westside is a skyscraper district and one of the region's major employment centers. Westwood pairs UCLA and Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center with office towers along Wilshire Boulevard. Playa Vista, built on the former Hughes Aircraft site, houses tech, media and advertising companies, and Downtown keeps the city's high-rise core.

Each setting asks something slightly different of a cleaning crew. A tower suite runs on building rules and freight windows, a creative campus on shared spaces, and a company with offices in more than one district needs the same standard at each of them, under one contact.

Room by room: the detail tenants see

Office staff rarely notice cleaning when it is done well, but they notice quickly when a room is missed. The scope names each space and what a finished room looks like, so a supervisor can check it against the same standard every time.

Tech and media floors in Playa Vista

Tech, media and advertising offices like those in Playa Vista tend to have more shared space than private offices: long benches, lounges, kitchens that feed a whole floor and rooms full of screens. That shifts cleaning time toward kitchens and shared surfaces. Desks often carry several monitors and personal equipment, so cleaners wipe only what is clear and dust around devices rather than moving them.

Heavily used kitchens also produce more organic waste. California's SB 1383 requires businesses to separate food waste from trash, and crews carry each stream to its matching container. Green, non-toxic products are available for offices that prefer them, which many teams in shared, open spaces do.

Keys, alarms and confidential rooms

Before service starts, EBS records how the crew enters after hours: the building's sign-in process, badge access by floor, suite keys and alarm codes. Keys are logged and alarm codes are limited to the people who need them. Rooms you mark as restricted, such as HR files, legal records or network closets, are skipped or cleaned only with someone from your team present.

EBS brings experience from high-security, access-controlled sites, government facilities among them. Its team members are background-checked and trained to leave confidential material alone, which matters for offices handling client, patient or employee records.

Hybrid weeks and daytime support

Many Los Angeles offices are busiest midweek and quiet on Mondays and Fridays. The scope can follow that pattern, putting deeper kitchen and restroom work after peak days and lighter passes on quiet ones. If your office is busy enough that restrooms and kitchens need attention during the day, a day porter can be added for the hours you need. Request a walkthroughAll questions
We have several sites across Los Angeles. Can one company clean all of them?

Yes. EBS covers Los Angeles County, including Downtown, the Westside, the South Bay and the San Fernando Valley. A company with several offices can keep the same scope standard at each location, one point of contact and a supervisor who inspects every site.

How are hot desks cleaned between users?

Hot desks are disinfected on every visit, including the desktop, armrests, shared accessories and locker handles. If desks turn over during the day, a day porter can wipe them between bookings so each person starts with a clean surface.

Will cleaners touch our computers or monitors?

Not unless you ask. Crews dust around equipment and leave it in place. Screens and keyboards are cleaned only when the scope says so and with products suited to them, because cleaning electronics carelessly can do more harm than good.

How often should a small Los Angeles office be cleaned?

It depends on headcount, restroom and kitchen use, and floor type. A small office with light use may need two or three visits a week, while most full offices need cleaning every business day. A supervisor recommends a frequency after seeing the space.

Can cleaning be scheduled on weekends?

Yes. Weekend cleaning suits offices that close on Saturday and Sunday and want deeper work, such as carpet extraction or floor care, done while nobody is in the building. It can also replace a weekday visit if your office is empty on a set day.
