Los Angeles County

Bell, CA

Bell pairs a residential and retail core along the Atlantic Avenue corridor with an industrial and distribution district in its northeast, near the I-710 and the Union Pacific line. The city describes itself as part of the central Los Angeles industrial market, and its Cheli Specific Plan covers industrial sites that sit next to homes and a Salvation Army shelter campus.
