Studio City janitorial

Janitorial Services in Studio City, CA

Recurring custodial service for the small offices, storefront buildings and production space of Studio City, scheduled around the hours each building actually keeps.

The short answer

EBS Maintenance provides recurring janitorial services in Studio City, CA for small office buildings, storefront properties and production-related space along Ventura Boulevard and near Radford Studio Center. Programs range from a few visits a week to nightly service, with restrooms, trash, floors and kitchens on a written routine and heavier floor and carpet work on a periodic calendar. A field supervisor inspects through eHub, and backup staff cover absences so scheduled visits are not skipped.

A neighborhood named after a studio

Studio City takes its name from the studio lot Mack Sennett established on Radford Avenue, known for decades as CBS Studio Center and now as Radford Studio Center. The City of Los Angeles neighborhood sits in the southeast San Fernando Valley, just west of the Cahuenga Pass, with US-101 and SR-134 close by.

Commercial life runs along Ventura Boulevard, where shops, restaurants and small offices stand side by side. Small-scale office space shapes how a janitorial program is built: fewer restrooms, shared corridors and often a single entrance that every tenant and visitor uses.

Choosing a visit frequency

Not every Studio City office needs nightly service. The right frequency depends on headcount, visitors, restroom use and how much of the floor is carpeted, and it can change later if the space gets busier or quieter.

Common custodial frequencies
FrequencySuitsWhat each visit covers
Five or more visits a weekMulti-tenant buildings and offices with regular public visitorsFull restroom, trash, floor and kitchen routine
Three visits a weekSmall professional offices with steady, light trafficFull routine on visit days, with restrooms emphasized

Off-hours work around production schedules

Stages and production offices run on production schedules, not office hours, and cleaning has to move to whatever window the schedule leaves open: late evening, overnight or very early morning. EBS covers each of those as well as weekends, so the routine can follow a production calendar instead of fighting it.

When a schedule changes at short notice, the supervisor moves the visit rather than letting it lapse. Crews keep noise down near occupied rooms, leave equipment and paperwork untouched, and go into restricted areas only when cleared.

What your supervisor does

Each Studio City account has a field supervisor who is your contact and who checks the work against the written scope.

  • Inspects the building on a routine schedule and records results in eHub
  • Opens a corrective action for anything missed and confirms when it is fixed
  • Briefs backup staff on access and the routine when a regular cleaner is out
  • Updates the scope in writing when you add rooms, change hours or bring in new staff
  • Escalates urgent problems through EBS's 24/7 priority support

Janitorial services in Studio City, CA: getting started

A supervisor walks the building with you, notes floor types, restroom counts, access steps and your busiest hours, and returns a scope, schedule and price. If you are leaving another vendor, the start is lined up with the end of that contract and the new crew tours the space before its first visit.

Questions we hear

Still not sure? A supervisor can answer at the walkthrough.

Request a walkthroughAll questions
Can you clean our office three nights a week instead of five?

Yes. Frequency is set at the walkthrough by how the space is used. Three visits a week can work for a small office as long as restrooms and the kitchen hold up between visits, and the supervisor will tell you plainly if they will not.

Do you clean production offices?

Yes. Production offices get the same written scope as any office, with added rules for equipment, scripts and restricted rooms, and visits timed around the production schedule rather than a fixed weeknight.

Does the routine change in summer?

It can. Long, hot, dry Valley summers bring more dust through doors and onto blinds, vents and ledges, so dusting and entry-floor care may be stepped up during the hottest months.

If the crew misses something, who puts it right?

Your field supervisor. The missed item is logged in eHub as a corrective action, fixed, and confirmed, so you have a record that it was put right rather than a promise that it will be.

Are your custodial staff uniformed and background-checked?

Yes. EBS team members are trained, vetted, uniformed and background-checked, and EBS Maintenance is licensed and insured.
