Commercial Cleaning Services in Rialto, CA

Programs for Rialto's distribution centers, older downtown buildings and retail sites, with periodic floor, glass and pressure washing set to each property.

The short answer

EBS Maintenance supplies commercial cleaning services in Rialto, CA for the large distribution centers in the north of the city, the storefronts and small offices of the older downtown, retail properties and buildings near the Metrolink station. Every site has a recurring cleaning scope, and periodic services such as machine scrubbing, floor refinishing, carpet extraction, glass, disinfection and pressure washing are planned around it. Crews travel to Rialto from our Corona office.

Rialto's commercial ground

Rialto sits between I-10 and SR-210, close to the Cajon Pass, and its commercial growth has followed freight. Most of the city's regional distribution centers are in the north, operated by companies including Staples, Amazon, Under Armour, Medline, Niagara Bottling, Monster Energy and Target. Those buildings make warehouse and logistics space the largest share of Rialto's commercial stock.

Away from the distribution belt, downtown Rialto runs along Riverside Avenue, where the older commercial buildings include the former Pacific Electric depot, and the Rialto Metrolink station on the San Bernardino Line brings commuters into the area. Fontana, San Bernardino, Colton and Bloomington surround the city, and many portfolios include buildings in more than one of them.

Commercial cleaning services in Rialto for each property type

Distribution centers. A distribution building is really several facilities in one: the warehouse floor and docks, the shipping and administrative offices, and the restrooms, breakrooms and locker areas that serve every shift. EBS writes each part into the scope with its own frequency, so the office gets nightly janitorial care while the floor and docks follow an industrial schedule.

Downtown storefronts and offices. Older commercial buildings, like those on Riverside Avenue, often have smaller suites, mixed flooring and street-facing glass. Programs here are lighter but more detailed: entries, restrooms, sales floors or offices, and storefront windows kept clear of street dust.

Retail and transit-area properties. Shops and service businesses, including those near the Metrolink station, need cleaning before opening, quick attention to entrances and restrooms, and exterior walkways that stay presentable for customers arriving on foot.

Periodic services, side by side

The recurring scope keeps a building in daily order. Periodic services protect floors, glass and exteriors over the longer term, and they look different in a distribution center than they do downtown.

Truck traffic, wind and summer heat

Heavy truck traffic around the north-side distribution centers leaves a film of dust on everything near the docks, and Santa Ana wind events spread that dust across parking lots and into lobbies citywide. Rialto programs carry more frequent entry-mat care, glass cleaning timed after windy periods, and high dusting of vents and fixtures in offices that sit next to busy docks.

During hot, dry inland summers, EBS moves pressure washing and other outdoor work into the early morning. Inside large buildings, the heaviest scrubbing is planned for cooler hours where the operation allows.

Scheduling, quality checks and next steps

Distribution offices are usually cleaned around shift changes, downtown offices in the evening and stores before opening. Overnight and weekend service is available where a building needs it, and a regular crew is kept on each site so it learns the access and alarm routine.

Each Rialto account is assigned a field supervisor, whose inspections, results and corrective actions are entered in eHub. When a cleaner is absent, backup staff take the shift, and urgent issues reach the 24/7 priority line. Phone (949) 375-3305 to set up a walkthrough at no cost.

Request a walkthroughAll questions
Can you clean both the warehouse floor and the offices of a Rialto distribution center?

Yes. EBS writes one program with separate sections for the floor and docks, the offices, and the employee amenity areas. Each part gets its own frequency and timing, and all of it is reported through one supervisor and one inspection record.

Do you work with small downtown businesses as well as large sites?

Yes. Storefronts and small office suites along Riverside Avenue can have a lighter program with fewer visits per week, focused on entries, restrooms, floors and glass. The scope is sized to the space and its use.

How often should storefront and entry glass be cleaned in Rialto?

Usually more often than in coastal cities, because truck dust and Santa Ana winds dull glass quickly. Many storefronts start with a regular monthly or twice-monthly visit and add an extra pass after windy weather. EBS proposes the schedule after the walkthrough and changes it as results are tracked.

Can you clean a distribution building before a new tenant moves in?

Yes. Pre-occupancy cleaning is quoted as project work and typically covers floor scrubbing, dock and office cleaning, restrooms, high dusting and glass. It can lead straight into a recurring program once the tenant starts operating.
