Bank and Credit Union Cleaning in Riverside County

After-hours and early-morning cleaning for bank and credit union branches across western, central and southwest Riverside County, run from EBS's Corona office.

The short answer

Based in Corona, EBS Maintenance provides bank and credit union cleaning in Riverside County for branches and financial offices from Riverside and Eastvale to Moreno Valley, Hemet, Murrieta and Temecula. Crews clean lobbies, teller lines, restrooms, offices and glass around branch hours, stick to each branch's alarm and key routine, and never touch documents or shred bins. Supervisors inspect each branch and record the results.

Bank and credit union cleaning in Riverside County, starting from Corona

EBS's one office is in Corona, close to the SR-91 and I-15 interchange, so branches in Corona, Norco, Eastvale, Jurupa Valley and Riverside are close to home. Supervisors can visit those branches often, and a new branch added to a contract can be walked and scoped without a long trip.

Southwest and central Riverside County are reached on I-15 and I-215, with Temecula, Murrieta and Menifee to the south and Moreno Valley, Perris and Hemet to the east. For an Inland Empire branch network, one contractor and one inspection system can cover every location.

Downtowns, power centers and malls

Branches in the county sit in a few common settings, and each brings its own cleaning priorities. The table describes the county's retail and downtown districts, not specific branches EBS serves.

Heat, dust and drive-up lanes

Inland summers are long and hot, and dry months carry dust onto every glass surface. Entry doors, teller glass and the inside of drive-up windows are cleaned on each visit, and outside glass is washed on a set schedule. Walk-off mats at the door catch the grit before it reaches lobby carpet.

Walkway pressure washing and other outside tasks are booked for early morning in summer, following the heat-illness precautions in Title 8 section 3395. Inside, teller-side tube stations, counters and keypads are wiped with EPA-approved disinfectants, since customers and staff touch them all day.

Opening, closing and confidential paper

Most branches here want cleaning right after close or before opening, with a staff member present or an individual alarm code for the crew. Each key and code EBS holds is recorded and goes back to the branch when an assignment changes. Locked shred bins are the shredding company's job, papers on desks are left untouched, and anything sensitive in open trash is reported to the branch manager rather than removed.

Cleaners are background-checked, trained and uniformed, and the same people stay with each branch. When someone is out, a backup approved by the branch covers the visit.

Request a walkthroughAll questions
Can one contract cover branches in both Inland Empire counties?

Yes. EBS covers Riverside and San Bernardino counties alike, so a branch network across the Inland Empire can run under one contract and one inspection system.

Can you clean branches in Temecula and Murrieta before they open?

Yes. Early-morning service suits many southwest county branches, and crews can arrive when the opening staff do, so the alarm routine stays unchanged.

Do you clean credit union member centers and community rooms?

Yes. Member service areas, community rooms and training rooms are cleaned on the same visit as the branch, and rooms used for evening meetings or classes can be scheduled around that use. Green, non-toxic products are available on request.

How close is your office to branches in western Riverside County?

Close. EBS's only office is in Corona, and supervisors working from there visit branches in Corona, Norco, Eastvale and Riverside as part of their routine inspection rounds.

Do you clean drive-up windows?

Yes, from the inside as part of the routine visit, along with teller-side tube stations and counters. Exterior drive-up glass and canopies can be added on a periodic schedule.

What does branch cleaning cost in Riverside County?

It depends on each branch's size, frequency, floor types, glass area and the time window around branch hours. A supervisor walks the branches, and EBS quotes the combined scope.
