Event Venue Cleaning in Los Angeles County
Cleaning programs for stadiums and arenas, Hollywood and Wilshire theaters, convention halls, fairgrounds and racetracks across Los Angeles County.
The short answer
For stadiums, arenas, theaters and convention halls, EBS Maintenance plans event venue cleaning in Los Angeles County around each venue's calendar, from pre-event restroom and concourse preparation to overnight recovery. Porters work assigned zones during events, crews carry whatever credentials the venue issues for suites and back-of-house, and theaters get upholstery-safe methods. Teams come from EBS's Corona office, and supervisors document every inspection.
Inglewood's stadium, arena and Forum in one district
Inglewood has become a major sports and entertainment hub, with SoFi Stadium on the former Hollywood Park racetrack site, the Intuit Dome and the Kia Forum, all just east of LAX and served by the I-405, I-105 and the Metro K Line. Further south, Carson is home to Dignity Health Sports Park.
Three large venues in one district can mean overlapping events and shared streets. For stadium cleaning services in Los Angeles County, that makes timing the hard part: crews must be credentialed and inside before road closures and crowd flows start, and recovery begins only after the district empties. Open-air seating, long concourses and plazas take the largest crews, and day events add Cal/OSHA outdoor heat planning.
Event venue cleaning in Los Angeles County, region by region
Venues are spread across all six of the county's subregions, and each mix calls for a different crew. The places below describe the market, not EBS client sites.
- Downtown: Crypto.com Arena, L.A. Live and the Convention Center in South Park
- Hollywood and Central: the Dolby Theatre and Ovation Hollywood on Hollywood Boulevard, the Wiltern on Wilshire in Koreatown
- Westside: Westwood Village theaters and the Santa Monica Pier
- South Bay: SoFi Stadium, the Intuit Dome and the Kia Forum in Inglewood, Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson
- San Gabriel Valley: Santa Anita Park in Arcadia, the Fairplex in Pomona, the Pasadena Convention Center
- San Fernando Valley: NoHo Arts District theaters and Universal CityWalk

Theaters on Hollywood Boulevard and Wilshire
Theater cleaning in older buildings means ornate plaster, decorative metal, patterned carpet and upholstered seating that cannot take aggressive chemicals or heavy water. Crews dust ornament by hand where it is reachable, vacuum seats with upholstery tools, and use low-moisture carpet methods so aisles are dry before the next show.
Backstage areas, dressing rooms and green rooms are cleaned on the production's schedule, often between a matinee and an evening performance, and crews follow stage management's rules about what may be moved. The NoHo Arts District, with theaters, galleries and recording venues around the North Hollywood station, follows the same pattern on a smaller scale.
Racetracks, fairgrounds and convention halls
Santa Anita Park in Arcadia and the Fairplex in Pomona, home of the LA County Fair, run seasonal peaks with grandstands, food courts and large outdoor grounds. Programs for venues like these scale up for race meets and fair season, with more restroom loops, extra trash and organics rotation, and pressure washing of plazas after high-traffic days.
Convention halls work on move-in, show and move-out days. Exhibit floors are swept and scrubbed between shows, carpeted meeting rooms are vacuumed and spot-cleaned between sessions, and restrooms near the exhibit floor get the closest attention while the show is open.
Crews, credentials and records
Each EBS cleaner is vetted, trained and background-checked before assignment and works in uniform, and EBS holds a license and insurance. A core team stays with each venue so it learns the building's docks, storage rooms and escalation contacts, backup staffing fills gaps on heavy weekends, and supervisors log every post-event inspection in eHub with any corrective action noted.

Questions we hear
Still not sure? A supervisor can answer at the walkthrough.
Request a walkthroughAll questionsCan you clean during a matinee-to-evening turnaround at a theater?
Yes. Short turnarounds focus on restrooms, lobby floors, trash and visible seating debris, and the deeper upholstery and carpet work waits for a dark day. The stage manager's rules decide what crews may touch backstage.
Do you provide event-day porters in Inglewood and Carson?
Yes. The South Bay is part of EBS's Los Angeles County service area. Porters can be scheduled for event days only or as part of a full pre-event and recovery program.
How do you handle fair season or a race meet?
By adding crew for the peak, increasing restroom and trash loops, and scheduling pressure washing and deep cleaning after the busiest days. When the season ends, the program steps back to a smaller year-round scope.
Do you cover venues beyond Inglewood and Downtown?
Yes, venues throughout the county, from Downtown, Hollywood and the Westside to Inglewood and Carson, Arcadia and Pomona, and Burbank and North Hollywood in the Valley. Crews are dispatched from Corona.
