Placentia commercial cleaning

Commercial Cleaning Services in Placentia, CA

Cleaning programs for the industrial buildings off Orangethorpe Avenue, Placentia's medical tenants and the shops of Old Town Placentia.

The short answer

EBS Maintenance provides commercial cleaning services in Placentia, CA for industrial and warehouse buildings, medical offices and retail storefronts. A recurring program handles the daily and weekly work, and periodic jobs such as floor scrubbing, glass, disinfection and pressure washing are booked on their own calendar. Teams travel from our Corona office, and supervisors check the work with documented inspections.

Where Placentia's commercial buildings are

Placentia is mostly residential, so its commercial space is concentrated rather than spread out. The largest share sits on the southwest side, where the General Plan designates land along Crowther Avenue as industrial and warehouse buildings line Orangethorpe Avenue close to SR-57 and SR-91. These are working buildings with dock doors, concrete floors, small front offices and restrooms shared by shift crews.

Two other areas are changing. Old Town Placentia, the historic core along the railroad tracks, is under a revitalization plan the city adopted in 2017, and the Packing House District near Melrose Street and Crowther Avenue is planned around a Metrolink station with mixed-use retail and residential zoning. Placentia-Linda Hospital, now part of UCI Health, is the city's main medical facility.

Commercial cleaning services by Placentia property type

Most Placentia properties fall into one of four groups, and each wears differently. A warehouse floor collects tire dust and grit from the dock, a medical waiting room needs disinfected surfaces more than polish, and a storefront is judged by its glass and entry.

Recurring work and the periodic calendar

Recurring service is the routine that keeps a building usable: trash, restrooms, breakrooms, dusting, floors by surface type and restocking. Periodic work is what a nightly crew cannot finish in one visit, so EBS books it separately on a calendar. Quarterly, semi-annual and annual cycles are the usual starting point, adjusted to the traffic each building actually sees.

  • Strip and wax for vinyl tile, with high-speed burnishing between full refinishes
  • Hot-water carpet extraction with spot treatment
  • Interior and exterior glass, frames and sills
  • Pressure washing for entries, walkways and dock aprons
  • Electrostatic disinfection of shared spaces when a full-space application is needed
  • Project cleaning after tenant improvements, moves or construction

Industrial floors near SR-57 and SR-91

Buildings close to the freeways see constant truck traffic, and that grit tracks inside. In a Placentia warehouse, the important work is unglamorous: scrubbing concrete aisles on a set schedule, clearing debris from dock plates and bays, and dusting beams and racking so it does not settle on stored product. Restrooms and break areas need attention on every shift.

EBS has handled large industrial programs, with more than 10 million square feet serviced overall and over 1 million square feet under a single contract. Crews plan floor work around forklifts, shift changes and shipping windows, not the other way around.

Schedules, access and inspections

Placentia buildings keep different hours. Warehouses may run two or three shifts, medical offices close in the evening, and Old Town shops stay open into the night. EBS schedules daytime, evening, overnight and weekend service, and crews work within your alarm codes, key control and any restricted rooms noted at the walkthrough.

Field supervisors inspect each site using the eHub system, which records what was checked, what needed a fix and when it was corrected. If a cleaner is out, backup staff cover the shift. Urgent problems go through 24/7 priority support and supervisor escalation.

Request a walkthroughAll questions
Do you clean both the office and warehouse areas of a Placentia industrial building?

Yes. Many buildings along Orangethorpe and Crowther avenues combine a front office with warehouse space, and EBS writes a separate scope for each area under one program. The office gets workstation, kitchen and restroom care, while the warehouse side gets floor scrubbing, dock cleaning and high dusting on its own schedule.

Can you pressure wash entries and loading areas?

Yes. Pressure washing is part of EBS's specialized capacity, along with floor care, carpet and glass. It is usually booked as periodic work for building entries, walkways and loading areas, at times that avoid deliveries and customer traffic. Frequency depends on how quickly grime builds up at each entry and dock.

How is a quote for a Placentia property worked out?

A quote comes after a walkthrough, not before. Square footage, how often each area is cleaned, floor types, the periodic work you want, security and access rules, and the hours available all shape the price. The scope and schedule come in writing with the quote.

Do you clean medical offices in Placentia?

Yes. Medical tenants get a clinical scope that covers waiting rooms, exam rooms and restrooms, with EPA-approved disinfectants on high-touch surfaces. Sensitive rooms and access limits are set out during the walkthrough, and supervisors check those areas on inspections. Sharps and regulated medical waste stay with clinical staff.

Do you have an office in Placentia?

No. EBS Maintenance has one office, in Corona, and teams travel from there to Placentia and the rest of North Orange County. Field supervisors visit each site, so you still get inspections and a direct contact. That supervisor is the person you call with questions, special requests or changes to the scope.
