Warehouse Cleaning Services in Santa Ana, CA
Floor scrubbing, dock cleaning and high dusting for Santa Ana warehouses and industrial buildings, planned around shifts and forklift traffic.
The short answer
EBS Maintenance provides warehouse cleaning services in Santa Ana, CA for distribution, light manufacturing and industrial buildings served by I-5, SR-55, SR-22 and I-405. Crews machine-scrub concrete floors, clear docks and bays, dust racking and overhead structure, and keep restrooms and break areas ready for every shift. Work is scheduled around your operations, often overnight or on weekends, and each visit is logged and inspected.
What Santa Ana's industrial buildings deal with
Santa Ana is served by four freeways, and its industrial users depend on trucks coming and going on I-5, SR-55, SR-22 and I-405. Every trailer that backs into a dock brings road grime, tire debris and pallet splinters with it. Left alone, that material spreads from the dock apron across the floor and into the racking lanes within days.
Wind is the other local factor. The Santa Ana winds are dust-bearing, and Orange County sees most of their damage along the Santa Ana River basin. When dock doors stand open during a wind event, fine dust settles on floors, product and the tops of racking, and it keeps coming down for days afterwards unless the high surfaces are cleaned too.
Warehouse cleaning services in Santa Ana, CA: the scope
A warehouse program is mostly floor, dock and overhead work, with the people spaces kept to an office standard. The walkthrough sets the frequency for each line based on your traffic, product and shifts.
| Area | Work | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Open floor and aisles | Machine scrubbing of sealed or bare concrete, sweeping of debris | Dust and tire marks make floors slick and hide hazards |
| Docks and bays | Debris removal, spill cleanup, dock plate and apron cleaning | The dock is where outside dirt enters the building |
| Racking lanes | Sweeping and scrubbing under and between racks where reachable | Debris builds up where machines cannot easily turn |
| Overhead | High dusting of racking tops, beams, ledges and lights | Dust falls on product and stock labels |
| Restrooms and break areas | Cleaned, disinfected and restocked for every shift | Crews on nights and weekends need the same standard |
| Front office | Office-level cleaning, trash, recycling and floors | Visitors and customers see this part first |

Working around shifts and forklift traffic
Floor scrubbing and high dusting need clear space, so we plan them for the hours when traffic is lowest. For a single-shift operation that usually means evenings or weekends; for a facility running around the clock, we work zone by zone, closing a section of aisles at a time with the shift lead's agreement. Crews follow your site rules for high-visibility gear, pedestrian walkways and forklift crossings.
Heat is part of the plan in some buildings. Cal/OSHA's indoor heat rule, Title 8 section 3396, applies to indoor work areas that reach 82 degrees Fahrenheit while employees are present. In a warehouse that runs warm, heavy scrubbing and overhead work are scheduled for cooler hours where possible, and the plan allows for the water, rest and cool-down breaks the rule calls for.
Large floors, documented work
EBS has serviced more than 10 million square feet, and its largest single contract covers more than 1 million square feet, so a big distribution building is familiar ground. Specialized capacity for floor care, pressure washing and project work means a dock apron wash or a post-move cleanout can be booked under the same agreement.
Every visit ends with documented completion. A field supervisor inspects through eHub, records anything that needs correcting and logs the fix, which gives your safety lead a record to show auditors or insurers. When a cleaner is absent, backup staff fill the shift. Crews are dispatched from our Corona office.

Questions we hear
Still not sure? A supervisor can answer at the walkthrough.
Request a walkthroughAll questionsCan you scrub warehouse floors while we are operating?
Yes, in zones. For around-the-clock operations we close a few aisles at a time with your shift lead's approval and keep pedestrian and forklift routes open. Most single-shift buildings prefer full scrubbing in the evening or on weekends.
Do we need to move product before high dusting?
Usually not. Crews dust racking tops, beams and ledges with product in place and protect open stock where needed. The walkthrough identifies anything sensitive, such as food-grade or electronic goods, that needs covering or a different method.
Can you provide cleaning records for safety or customer audits?
Yes. Each visit is logged, and supervisor inspections in eHub record what was checked, any corrective action and when it was completed. Those records can be shared with your safety lead or customers.
Do you pressure wash dock aprons and truck courts?
Yes. Pressure washing is part of our specialized capacity and can be scheduled as a recurring task or a one-time project, for example after a wind event or before a customer visit.
How is a warehouse cleaning quote put together?
A supervisor walks the site and prices it from square footage, floor type, frequency, scope, access and safety rules, and the hours available for cleaning. Neither the site walkthrough nor the estimate costs anything.
