Signal Hill, CA

Signal Hill is a small city completely surrounded by Long Beach, with a commercial base of big-box retail, auto dealerships and offices, and with active oil operations still on parts of the hill. The city is studying older industrial and office properties for reuse as part of plans for a central business district.
