Newport Beach, CA

Newport Beach's office market is concentrated in Newport Center, home to Pacific Life, PIMCO and the Irvine Company around Fashion Island, and in the Airport Area next to John Wayne Airport. Hoag Memorial Hospital Presbyterian is the city's largest employer, and waterfront districts such as Mariners' Mile, Lido Marina Village and Balboa Village serve the harbor's visitor economy.
